The house, designed for 2 people, is located in the Lucciana plain (Haute-Corse, France), in the countryside, on a fenced property, approximately 100 m from our home, 20 km south of Bastia, 50 km from Corte or Ile Rousse, 7 km from the sea, approximately 400 m from a fruit and vegetable stall, and 3 km from all shops and the Casamozza train station, which serves Bastia, Ile Rousse, Calvi, Corte, and Ajaccio. It comprises: a living room with an open-plan kitchen including: a cooker, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a microwave, an electric coffee maker, a manual espresso machine, a kettle, and a toaster; Living room side, 1 low cabinet with 3 doors - 3 drawers, 1 table and 4 chairs, 1 rattan armchair with cushion, a 2-seater bench, 1 television, - a bedroom with a 140cm bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 wardrobe with 8 doors, 1 chair and 1 standing fan; - a bathroom including: 1 shower cubicle, 1 sink, 1 toilet, 1 chair, 3 stackable stools, 1 ironing board and storage shelves where you will find: 1 iron, 1 hair dryer, 1 vacuum cleaner and 2 electric mosquito lamps; - A 25 m² enclosed terrace, two-thirds covered by a reed pergola, equipped with a built-in barbecue, an iron table, a second PVC table, six armchairs and two sun loungers with foam mattresses, two large stools that can be used as coffee tables for drinks, and a standing fan for added coolness. The house is equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils, and linens are provided (sheets, towels and washcloths, napkins and tea towels), as well as two beach towels. You will find the house clean upon your arrival; you must leave it in the same condition. Pets are not allowed. You can park your vehicle directly in front of your terrace in the shade of a tree. If you book our accommodation, you will need to pay Vrbo a 25% deposit upon reservation and the remaining balance two days before your arrival. You will also need to pay a €500 security deposit, which will be returned to you after the inventory check. The nightly rate varies depending on the season: €64 from June 1st to June 30th (mid-season), €71 from July 1st to July 15th (high season), €78 from July 16th to August 15th (peak season), €71 from August 16th to August 31st (high season), and €64 from 1 Septemberst to September 15th (mid-season).
