About this property

Beautiful farmhouse built in 1865, rehabilitated into a 2 unit home with separate entrances. This is only one side of the home. The second side is 3 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. If you wish to inquire about more space, please reach out and we will let you know if it is available.
This side of the home has 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a large dining area that seats 14, a large living room with seating for 9, a nice sized kitchen with all the amenities as well as a washer & dryer on site and a large wrap around porch.

Bowling weeked

Had a great time at the Farmhouse. Slept 12 of us comfortably with plenty of room for everyone. We had an issue with one of the showers & Wendy came out promptly and got it working for us.

My bachelorette.

We had such an amazing time. The house was a very comfortable size for the 11 of us that were there. It had everything that we needed. It was very clean and just a wonderful experience overall We will definitely be looking into this place again if we need a Grand rapids location
