Pros: House itself was great! Clean, nicely decorated. Nice pillows and mattresses. Good A/C. Upstairs area was perfect for teenagers. Cute, quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping. 45 minutes from Lake Michigan beaches. Cons: Keypad code for front door only worked one time at checkout and then didn't work anymore after that. Eventually was able to contact host and he helped me get in another way. Overall, we loved the house and enjoyed our stay. We will come back.

This property is centrally located to many attractions, and close to downtown Grand Rapids. Woodland Mall is not too far, and has a movie theater and a Cheesecake Factory. The John Ball Zoo is about 8 miles away, driving on side streets, so no need to take the freeways. Gun Lake Casino is about a half hour drive south on US-131. Very good 65th Birthday trip with my sisters!

Host communication was good. The property itself was very clean, excluding a strong musty smell that seemed to be coming from the basement. More than enough cooking utensils, clean bedsheets and pillows as well, with extras in the closet.

Perfect spot for a commute into downtown!

Just a few minutes drive from downtown, which was perfect for us. There is also a grocery store and gas station nearby which made things super easy for our stay!
