The host and property manager were both so welcoming and easy to communicate with :) The big house is right on the beach and has a lovely pool as well as all the beach and pool things you need. We spent every morning having coffee on the beach in our pajamas as the sun rose. The 6 or 7 mile long beach was so lovely!The house is enormous and fit us all well. We loved the outdoor kitchen with the grill. We ate our big meals outside at the double table. The kitchen was great and had all the tools we needed. There is a great view of the beach from the the kitchen, the living room and many of the bedrooms. The 2 sets of washer and driers were great!There is a lot of space between this house and the neighbors on either side. There is a lot of parking. I can't say enough nice things about this lovely house 3

The house was amazing for our family of 12. Had to leave a day early because of hurricane Lala. There are some updates that I feel can be done to make this better. Just an overall update for bed quality, appliances could also use updating. Biggest issue was no air conditioning. The ocean breeze did help, but the humidity made it uncomfortable at times. The fans helped very little. Perhaps ceiling fans in all rooms, or just adding AC. Cleaning could have been better overall. For the price paid, not sure I would return here unless there are some considerable upgrades. Host was polite. The lack of windows that could be opened didn’t help in bedrooms on the corners either. Corner bedrooms got hot.

The house is located on a beautiful beach. Just out your door. The house was clean and Florence our host was very attentive and helpful. Thank you! We unfortunately had some of the worst weather. It rained for the 11 straight days we were here

The house was far enough away from the hustle of Honolulu to enjoy nature. That being said, it was quite a bit of a drive to activities. But, it was a quiet and calming area.The house had no a/c, which may be a problem for some. However, when the trade winds started to blow, very pleasant. The upstairs bedrooms did not provide much privacy for couples. However, there were so many bedrooms and beds for our large family, it was very doable. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room in common area. The outdoor patio was so large that we could enjoy the outdoors even if it rained.The pool was huge. Bigger than some spas. A mid-week cleaning would have been an added bonus.Flo was the best hostess. She went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay memorable.

Super convenient for a family of 10, many bedroom and bathroom configurations. right on the beach, kitchen super fully stocked, close to all our needs and yet isolated enough to feel like we were on private beach. Great beach, great sand. Florence was super accommodating in all things.

Great Location

Beautiful public beach right in front. Kids loved playing at both the beach & backyard pool. Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay here. The host (Florence) was very helpful & accommodating.

Excellent relaxing vacation spot

We stayed at this Kailua beachfront house for 5nts from 5/29. It accommodated all 9 of us comfortably. Loved the kitchen with a stunning view. Enjoyed early morning walks on the beach that're just steps from the house. We had a great time there. Would come back again.

Florence was nice and welcoming. The home did not look like the pictures. Unkept landscaping stove did not work properly and Florence seem to be aware. Home, in my opinion, is in bad need of maintenance.
