En première ligne, surplombant la mer, cette confortable villa se trouve à 100 m de la mythique plage de Mare e Sole aussi nommée Plage d'Argent. Ici le sable blanc et fin descend en pente douce dans l'eau translucide, puis laisse place à une infinité de variations d'eaux turquoises. Accessible depuis la terrasse, un charmant petit sentier sinuant entre pins et chênes lièges rejoint la plage.

La villa dispose d'un séjour accueillant avec salon, espace repas, et une large baie vitrée donnant sur la terrasse équipée d'une table conviviale avec une belle vue mer. La cuisine, traditionnelle, est équipée d'électroménager neuf.
Les 3 chambres spacieuses, ont toutes une jolie vue mer et une literie confortable (1 lit king size 180x200, 1 queen size 160x200, 1 double de 140 X190 cm, tous les matelas à mémoire de forme). Salle de bains aveec cabine de douche, WC séparés. Pour les retours de plage, vous trouverez en contrebas de la terrasse une douche extérieure ainsi qu'un grand coffre à accessoires - parasol, nattes, jouets.

La résidence est construite à flanc de montagne, donc il faut noter l'existence d'escaliers à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur ; ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
