Villa 3 pièces (50 m2), confortable et agréable : En RDC Salon/séjour avec coin repas, TV donnant sur véranda et terrasse carrelée avec vue sur le Lac marin. Cuisine ouverte équipée (plaque de cuisson 4 feux, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, Frigo congélateur). WC séparés. Cellier attenant ( lave-linge).
