Newly Renovated with Finished Basement

This beautiful house is located near Lake Michigan in Northwest Indiana, less than 10 minutes from the expressway and toll road. There is a stainless steel kitchen, spa bathroom, finished basement and bar with sleeping capacity to accommodate two families. This is a smart home with Ring db, lights and thermostat controlled by your voice. We are less than an hour drive from downtown Chicago, and there are many great beaches nearby. Shopping and great dining options are also within a close drive.

This is a very safe neighborhood with lots of friendly people around. Easy access to Central Ave. which will get you quickly to restaurants, shopping and the highway.

NO PARTIES, or large gatherings of any type. Confetti of any type is not allowed on the premises-interior and exterior. I like my neighbors and they like me. Please only smoke outside, either on the deck or out back/front. SMOKING in the house will automatically get you a NEGATIVE REVIEW. No firearms allowed on premises. No Pets.

Very Nice Stay

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this house. It had 3 bedrooms and 3 couches with pullout beds so plenty of room for our group to stay. The kitchen, living room, and basement areas were all nice as well. The driveway had ample space for 3 vehicles. I would recommend this place.

Very nice comfortable place to stay up near the great lakes, house was exactly as show in pic's, fun things for kids to do, and plenty of room, we took 9 and all had plenty of space.

Wonderful property!

This is a large and beautiful house. Lots of room for everybody to spread out. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Everything you need in the kitchen, and a lovely dining area to visit with family. Plus a living room with a large TV made for movie nights!

The wife and I stayed for a week, working as traveling nurses. Beautiful and spacious, with all the comforts and amenities of home. Looking forward to staying there again. Simply... perfect.

Great location for a group!

This home was well equipped and stocked for our group of 5 and could easily have accommodated many more! The layout also allowed us to enjoy movie nights together and then have privacy in our own spaces. Great location- we were 10 minutes from West Beach, and grocery stores were 4-6 minutes away.

We were very happy with our stay. A quiet neighborhood and just what we needed. Things we enjoyed: the back deck, the spacious basement, plenty of towels, the large kitchen, the closeness to Lake Michigan (10 minutes drive). If we have another occasion to be up in the area we will stay here again.

Beautiful home

We are 2 families traveling together. 4 adults 6 children. We LOVED saying here. Much more space than we were picturing. Very peaceful neighborhood and not far from Indiana Dunes National Park. Beautiful home with space for the kids to have their own areas and beds for the adults. Pictures do not do this home justice.Hosts were very responsive and respectful.

Setting the bar HIGH!

This location is amazing! Super CLEAN, fully stocked with flatware, utensiles, cookware, a grill, plenty of linens, besutiful inside and out, and so much more. Our family hopes this place will be available next year too. Next time we're staying longer! No other VRBO has been this great! They set the bar high!

Awesome home very clean.

We went to an event that was 5 miles away so it was perfect. The home owners responded quickly with any questions. Plenty of room for 3 couples. Very clean. Great bar area downstairs for playing cards and setting up appetizers. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we will rent it again next year if there is an event next year.

House was wonderfully updated inside. Basement tv area was great place to hang out. Drive to train station and National Park were good. Posting doesn't list outdoor area, but next great update to this house would be a deck and porch fix up. We would stay again!
