Our beach house is located in the highly desirable Sand Point Circle community. Guest can enjoy the community pool/hot tub across the street, a private board walk to the beach, and the only beach bar/restaurant on the island. Restaurants and shops are only a short golf cart ride away.

Located right off Avenue 11, guest can easily access the downtown section of Port A. More important, the beach is just a few steps away by way of the neighborhood's private boardwalk.

The home to the left 2048 and to the right 2034 are also available for rent. So for those looking for multiple houses we have some great options available. Discounts apply when booking multiple homes so if this interests please just let us Know and we can work something out!

—Pets must be approved by the owner. There is a $75 pet fee per pet. Our pet rules are the following: the pets must be kept off the furniture, including bedding, the pets must be cleaned up after (outside and excessive fur), and if they are not trained, they must be crated when left alone.
—No parties, events, or large gatherings. Glitter and confetti are not allowed.
