The tableware etc. is designed for 4 people. There is a coffee machine, microwave, mini oven / grill, dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen (Spanish, English and a German transmitter), air conditioning and free wifi. The apartment is located on the 7th Floor. From the 2 balconies of the apartment you have a wonderful view of the sea and the tropical garden of the complex. The complex, like the apartment, is wheelchair accessible. Our local contact speaks German, English and Spanish. We are looking forward to your visit.

Great location in Benalmadina Costa

We spent just short of 2 months at this apartment. Lovely view of the Mediterranean Sea and 5 minute walk to the boardwalk that has many restaurants and more nice views. Close to grocery stores, restaurants. Close to the main East West bus route as well. Apartment was clean upon arrival and the furniture acceptable although bed was a bit hard for my liking. We could cook meat and fish in the toaster oven and do vegetables on the small stove unit. Sufficiently well equipped with cooking tools and seating for 4 persons although with the balcony table and chairs, more could be accommodated. We bought a grocery buggy that we left behind that made the walk back from the big grocery store easier on the back. Communication with the owner (in Switzerland) was difficult in English and found the best way to communicate was translating from English to German using Google Translate and sending the messages through WhatsApp. Her husband speaks English well so that is the alternative. When we had a rental car for several weeks, there was ample parking on the side road to west of building. Wouldn't suggest parking on the property. All and all, a very good accommodations for an extended period.

Apartamento bonito y bien ubicado

La estancia en el alojamiento muy bien, estamos contentos. Deberian poner alguna sarten más si acaso, pero por el resto esta bastante bien equipado y muy limpio. Adela, es encantadora, nos ha atendido en todas las consultas que teníamos. Cerca de la playa Bil-Bil y Puerto Marina. El complejo en el que está ubicado es muy grande, lleno de jardines y piscinas con toboganes. Volveremos a repetir.

Een geweldig appartement waar alles in aanwezig is. We waren er bijna 2 maanden met heel veel genoeg

We stayed at this apartment for 9 nights in early September and it was fantastic.We were met by the owners rep in reception and he told us all we needed to know and also and he gave us a welcome pack containing several items.The apartment had everything we needed and is in a perfect position with great views.There are many bars and restaurants nearby and several supermarkets including one on the complex. The complex is very nice both inside and out with water features inside and well cared for gardens outside and the staff we spoke to were very helpful.We would not hesitate to stay at this apartment again.
