About this property

Modern apartment on the edge of the city

We rent a modern, 52 square meter apartment with two rooms. The bedroom has a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed with the bed area of ​​a double bed. Furthermore, there is an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
This includes a small terrace in the countryside.

If you arrive by car, we will provide you with a parking space for the car.

The S-Bahn directly into the city is about 15-20 minutes away. With the S-Bahn you are within 40 minutes directly in the city center of Berlin.
We are happy to advise you in the choice of destinations.

On request we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is modern, with fridge-freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

Wi-Fi is available.

It is a non-smoking apartment.

Garden furniture and a barbecue are available on the terrace.

For an additional charge, we are happy to provide drinks.

Very nice

We had a wonderful stay here with our family. The place was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. Since we relied on public transportation, it was a bit further from central Berlin than we expected, but the peaceful and quiet surroundings more than made up for it. The only small suggestion we’d have is that a bit more privacy would be appreciated. Overall, it was a perfect stay and we truly enjoyed our time there!

Beautiful place, kind owners, nice quiet neighborhood

This apartment was perfect. It was clean, well appointed and nicely decorated. She had everything we could need there. The owner and her daughter greeted us very warmly and then left us to enjoy our stay. We were about an hour drive to downtown Berlin which was fine. We enjoyed the spacious, quiet stay which made traveling into the city for our daily tourism worthwhile. I would definitely stay again.

Die Unterkunft ist klein und fein. Für unseren Aufenthalt völlig ausreichen an Größe. Es war ordentlich, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir habe dahingegen nichts vermisst. Sternabzug weil das Doppelbett knarrt und die Matratzen zu weich/durchgelegen sind. Leider auch die Couch macht laute Geräusche in der Schlaffunktion.

Wie beim 1. Mal auch war alles in Ordnung. Diesmal hatten wir noch die Besonderheit fast direkt vor der Haustüre einen Fuchs und einen Waschbären zu sehen, dass hat man defintiv nicht überall. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Kommunikation verläuft schnell und reibungslos.

Sehr angenehmer Kurzurlaub mit 2 Enkel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig und sauber. Ein Mangel war der zu hoch angebrachte Spiegelschrank im Bad. Für kleine Frauen ungünstig.Gastgeberfamilie war aber sehr nett.In der Nähe sehr schöner Spielplatz für die Kinder und in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu erleben.

Die Einrichtung war passend. Leider gab es keine Übergabe vom Vermieter.Wir freuten uns auf unseren Kamin, leider ist dieser nur elektrisch zu betreiben bei 0.70 Cent pro kW.Es roch auch etwas modrig.Desweiteren hätte man bei schlechtem Wetter kein Fernsehen und kein Radio. Was schon am ersten Tag passierte. Und leider ist auch der normale Handy Empfang sehr eingeschränkt bis gar nicht.

Obwohl kurzweilig der Besuch war und wir viel unterwegs waren waren, fühlten wir uns sehr wohl dort. Kleiner Kritikpunkt aber, ein kleiner Kochtopf z.B. fürs Eierkochen oder eine Schüssel könnten noch in die Küchenausstattung ergänzt werden. Grüße aus dem Allgäu
