Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Family holiday

We had an amazing 10 night stay at this property with our family it was perfect for our son. The property is close to all bars shops and restaurants will definetly be returning.

Stayed at Casa Alan in September 2025 for 3 nights with 7 friends. A lovely, clean, tidy villa, great location, close to Amenities (lidl 4 min walk away, restaurants 4 min walk away, beach 15 min walk with lovely restarants to choose from on the beach front, Benidorm 15 min drive away)The pool was clean and warm. We had a fantastic time, with lots of fond memories.

Great location and villa.

Property had everything we needed. Communcation in relation to keys on arrival and departure a little disjointed as we were initally asked to go into benidorm to collect them, however after a few eamils the agent arranged to meet us at the villa. Great loxation closemto amenities and had everything you need for a break.

Fijn huis!

Een fijn huis met prachtige tuinen voor en achter. Het zwembad was top met dito ligbedden. Wat we misten was een gebruiksaanwijzing van de airco en een rooster op de barbecue waardoor we die niet konden gebruiken. De bedden zijn erg goed en comfortabel. De matrasbeschermer bevat plastic en is dus erg zweterig. Een goede molton erover kan dit oplossen. Qua voorraad was er jammer genoeg nog geen korreltje zout of druppel afwas aanwezig.

Huset var stort og fine bad og soverom. Gammele møbler i stuen og ute. Når vi ankom lørdagskveld var der INGENTING i huset. Søndag er butikkene stengt. På mandag kunne vi gå og handle, Zalo, oppvasktabletter, pepper og salt, til og med vinglass. Plastposer til avfall, ja egentlig alt som bør være i huset. Men vi nøt frukthagen. Grill skulle det være, men der var kun en steinovn og ingen rist eller kul. Men det ble ordnet. Vi brukte den 1 gang, men det virket dårlig. Det bør være en normal grill

ESTUPENDO

Viajé con familiares a esta villa y la villa era espectacular. Tiene mucho terreno y está completamente equipada. El único fallo que vimos es que solo dejaron un juego de llaves para 8 personas y teníamos que estar pendientes si alguien quería salir por su cuenta. Por otro lado, solo dan un juego de toallas por persona, pero la casa está equipada con lavadora y con el calor que hace da tiempo a que se seque de un día para otro.

Vacation with 7 people for 10 days

We had a wonderful time in the house. The pool and the garden are very beautiful and the staff during the stay was very helpful and nice. The only thing that borders a bit is the way to the beach. It takes around 10 min through the village to get to the ocean. But all together we can absolutely recommend the house also for bigger groups.

Topper!

Zeer mooie, recent opgesmukte en propere villa. Voldoende ruimte voor 8 personen, mooi zwembad maar toch nog te koud (24-26°C watertemperatuur) in juni om volop van te genieten. Ligt net buiten het centrum zodat je snel overal bij bent, maar toch geen last hebt van lawaai. Al bij al een aanrader!

Flott feriebolig,rolig ,skjermet gate,men nært til det meste. 10 min til stranda,og 2 min til nærmeste butikk(er) Vi var litt uheldige med utslåtte sikringer,men det ble fiksa så fort som mulig. Hvis man skal pirke: litt for få madrasser til solsengene,og kanskje det hadde vært lurt med litt info om huset,bruken av det,liste med nødnummer? Ellers var vi strålende fornøyd,og kosa oss som bare det, og kommer gjerne tilbake!!!

Fantastic property. Great location. Management team efficient.

Other than a few let downs with the house alarm going off and police coming out (police were actually great and really helpful). Heating broke so no hot water for a day etc. Pool was freezing as it’s not heated so didn’t really use it. But the management staff are great and fast on WhatsApp so you don’t even need to try and phone and contend with a language barrier. You can just text them and they get back quick. Was a bit confusing as things like bins were not explained but we figured it out. 45 mins from Alicante airport. 20mins from Benidorm. Property itself is to die for. Beautiful flowers and Oranges and lemons etc growing in the grounds. Really really beautiful. Fantastic outside shower. Big bbq area. Very very secure private property. All Beds and pillows are very hard but tolerable. Kitchen was great, had everything. House very very clean and modern bathrooms. Tv only in Spanish though. Plenty of washing line. Three sun loungers and lots of outside seating and tables. One bedroom is separate to main house attached on an upper level via outside staircase but has a little sink and loo. Close to two supermarkets (Lidl & macadona) McDonald’s and restaurants close. 15 minute walk to pebble beach and shops etc. I would definitely recommend the property although if I was returning to the area I would try for another property with a heated pool, but with the same management team interhome. They were very accommodating.
