The house is located in the quiet district of Wendorf and was completed in 2014.

The house is spread over two floors. The living / dining room with kitchenette and bathroom are on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The living / dining room is furnished with a cozy sitting area with dining table and corner bench, a television and a well-equipped kitchenette. In the bathroom you will find a shower, a vanity and a toilet. One bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm. The second bedroom has two single beds, each 90 cm x 200 cm.

In the garden there is a terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and a play / sunbathing area.

The city of Wismar is a World Heritage Site. Shops and restaurants are nearby. The beach is about one and a half kilometers away.

    Wismar und Ostsee

    Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, das Ferienhaus war perfekt für uns, ruhige Lage, die Kinder hatten Spiel- und Sportmöglichkeiten in einem dazugehörigen Garten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt. Auch ohne Auto gab es gute Verbindungen in die Innenstadt und an die Strände in Zierow und Boltenhagen durch Busse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut vorhanden. Kleines Manko (war uns aber bekannt): es gab kein Wlan, was jedoch für uns jedenfalls auch kein Problem war. Wismar ist in jedem Fall eine Reise wert.     Immer wieder gerne

    Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Haken ist der obere Schlafbereich, wo man durch den vorderen muss, um zum zweiten Schlafraum zu kommen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Familie. Wir kommen gerne wieder

    Ferienhaus Kuzurlaub

    Wir haben schöne 2 Tage im Ferienhaus & Garten verbracht, Kinder konnten ausgiebig mit den Spielsachen/auf dem Spielplatz spielen. Gute Lage für Aktivitäten im näheren Umland und in der Stadt Wismar, kurze Wege zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

    Kleines Haus mit Ess-und Kochbereichc sowie Bad im Erdgeschß. Schlafraum im Dachgeschoß. Für weniger bewegliche Mieter ungeeignet. Der Kühlschrank hat kein Tiefkühlfach. Der Gartengrill ist vom vorherigen Benutzer nicht gereinigt worden. Kein WLAN. Es würde sinn machen, die unbenutzten Betten mit einer Tagesdecke abzudecken.

    Das Objekt ist für zwei Erwachsene geeignet. Da es im Treppenhaus keine hinreichende Fensterverdunkelung gibt, sind die dort gelegenen Betten auch nicht für Kinder geeignet. Die Tischtennisplatte ist uneben, Schläger und Bälle nicht neuwertig. Kaffeemaschine arbeitete nur mühsam. Die Terrasse muss eine Randsicherung bekommen. Unfallgefahr! Ich musste meine Frau auffangen, als sie sich mit dem Gartenstuhl zurück bewegen wollte. Vermieter freundlich.

    Urlaub an der Ostsee

    Bei der Suche nach einer Ferienwohnung an der Ostsee sind wir auf dieses Häuschen gestoßen und waren sehr begeistert. Ein einfaches Radio für Musik und Informationen könnte nachgerüstet werden und wäre empfehlenswert. Dass in dem Haus keine WLAN vorhanden ist, war mir bekannt, hat aber dennoch gefehlt. Ansonsten haben wir die eine Woche sehr genossen.

    Gute Ferienwohnung, hat uns Spaß gemacht.

    Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und macht Spaß. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich um einen. Das Inserat sollte jedoch aktualisiert werden. Gerade Dinge wie Handtücher, Bettwäsche und wlan sollten mit eingefügt werden.

    Super Urlaub

    Sehr schön und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Es ist sogar ein kleiner Spielplatz dabei, den die Kinder des Vermieters und die Kinder der Feriengäste nutzen. Wir konnten auf dem Grundstück sogar Tischtennis spielen. Ansonsten ist ein sehr schöner Strand in Zierow super mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen!

    Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr gut und zuvorkommend. Für ein Wochenende haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die frische Ostseeluft und die sehr guten Matratzen haben für erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

    Sauberes kleines Haus mit toller Außenanlage für Kinder. Innen wenig aber ausreichend Platz. Das zweite Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Treppenaufgang ohne Abschlusstür. Netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern!

    Sehr nette Vermieter, Haus sehr sauber, Garten ist mit Spielgeräte für Kinder sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut zu erreichen. Nur zu empfehlen.
