Pets are not allowed. A fee of $500 will be charged for unauthorized pets for deep cleaning, allergens removal, air scrub, and exterminating services.

Additional charges will be applied for any damages caused. Pool is heated to 85 degrees at no charge.

One of a kind of experience!

This was maybe the cleanest property that we have stayed in the keys and we come down here a lot. The owner was very quick to respond and was very helpful. We will definitely be inquiring to stay here again in the near future.

The house was beautiful, welcoming and very clean! The basket of snacks and the special notes were very much appreciated! It was well organized with clean instructions! We loved our time there and would definitely stay again!!

Great getaway property!

We rented the townhouse for my daughters 17 birthday and it was such a great choice! Miguel was amazing, answering all of my questions ahead of time and checking in on us after our first day. The summary of the property is extremely accurate. It was beautiful and relaxing. We will be back! Thanks Miguel!!
