Welcome to our Austin Bungalow. At just under 1200 sq feet it offers you Texas living at its best.

You'll love this bright and welcoming space filled with natural sunlight, vaulted ceilings on a quiet street in the Brentwood section of Austin.

This newly furnished house features a living room with a sloping cathedral ceiling that creates a dramatic open effect and makes this space wonderful to sit in and to entertain.

Enjoy the comforts of a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials you'll need for a comfortable stay: pots, pans, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, basic spices and a dishwasher. Enjoy meals at the 6 person dining table.

There are 2 bedrooms, one king and one queen with brand-new premier copper memory foam mattresses. There is also a TV lounge with a single futon for additional guests.

Connect your Netflix, Hulu and other apps to the Smart TV in the TV lounge. The bright full bathroom features a shower/tub combination. There is a washer and dryer. Park in the driveway and free parking is available on the street.

Enjoy the large fenced in backyard with a porch for hanging out and sipping cocktails.

The front porch offers an additional outdoor sitting area to read or enjoy the sunset.

This house is conveniently located in central Austin. Approx. 15 minute drive to downtown, 12 minutes to University of Texas. Capital Metro Bus stops within a block for easy access to downtown and the Crestview commuter train station is a 10 minute walk away. Grocery and drug stores, great coffee shops, vintage stores, Little Deli, Michi Ramen and Style Switch BBQ are within walking distance.



• This is the first year that this house is up for rental, but we want you to know we are experienced VRBO owners. We also have a 5-star rental in New York City for the last 8 years. So please rest assured you will be well cared for.

My wife and I purchased and furnished this property for our own use when we visit our Grand Kids every February. We live in CT and also have have a Hotel apartment in NYC that is rented out when we are not there.

Why they chose this property

This is a lovely cottage on a quiet street in central Austin and our Daughter and her family live across the street. So if there are any issues my Daughter is available to assist.
