Nice clean house with comfortable beds.
Only downside is not much in way of supplies. Short on towels and wash clothes. No laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent. No coffee filters or paper towels. But overall a great house

Items in the house
I stayed in many places through VRBO and most of the house had small items you need, such as sugar, salt, cooking oil, or coffee filter etc. This house has none. Also size 4qt pot was the biggest one and the coating of the pot inside was in terrible condition. They provided only one dish washing tablet, one very very small size soap, only one trash bag, and extremely low quality of toilet paper.
House was nice, clean and good to sleep for 8 people but kitchen was not equipped for 8 people.

Great home with lots of king beds and bathrooms.
Stay for family for long weekend to take on Universal Studios and other stuff. Enjoyed the stay. Don’t use the home much other than sleep. Seems like a great home to spend some time in if you desired. Could really use a game room in the grave. Nothing much else to do at the house other than the pool and January is not pool season really.

Great family reunion!
We got 10 family members from the US and Colombia together. We had a great time.
Beautiful property, great location, private pool (pay for heat if it is less than 80°F outside). The club house facilities are great.
