Pool and house was great! Bedrooms could have used dressers though and kitchen could have been better stocked but that did not effect our stay. Jason and management team got back to me right away when asked about things. Thanks so much for providing us fans for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Family Disney Trip

The residence and overall experience exceeded expectations, accurately reflecting the listing description. The minimalist decor was particularly appreciated, given the number of children in our group. The property is aesthetically pleasing and well-appointed. The host demonstrated responsiveness to inquiries. While we encountered minor issues, we promptly contacted property management. The initial assessment of the refrigerator malfunction was inaccurate, as the property manager attributed the issue to improper usage, which was later proven incorrect by the technician's findings. Although the technical issue was ultimately resolved, the customer service provided by the property manager was unsatisfactory.

Solterra at it's BEST

Back in Solterra for our annual friends & family trip. House was a NEW LISTING and it was just what we were looking for to enjoy the holiday weekend. There were a few minor quirks (no pool heat/ slow baking oven) that did not have a big negative impact on the trip and may not have been known to the owner or management company. Grocery stores & restaurants in close proximity and the Theme Parks slightly further away depending on traffic. This house had the most comfortable bed(s) I have ever slept on. Place was cleaned and everything worked. The management stayed in constant contact with us and the check in & out process was breeze. I encourage all who read this to ensure you provide your guest info to the management company to enter the resort at check in. That part of the process is HORRIBLE and is NOT a fault of the owner or management. Once you check in the process is made a bit easier by the dash pass you get so going in & out is easier after the first day. This house really served our needs and I would definitely stay here in this house on a return trip. Again, it is a clean spacious and very modern home serviced by an attentive and professional staff....what more could you ask for.
