Beautiful apartment house "Cervin", 5 storeys. In the district of Winkelmatten, 1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 900 m, restaurant 300 m, bakery 600 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestiboden" 50 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1 km. Mountain railway, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.
3-room apartment 80 m2 on 2nd floor. Simple and comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC, hydro massage shower. Balcony, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Great view, quiet, clean

It is out of the way. A good 20 minutes walk uphill from town. But the place is well kept, clean, bright and with an awesome view of the matterhorn. It doesn't have a lot of character, but it is comfortable. Highly recommended!

Sehr einfach eingerichtet. Heizung: Es gibt nur ein Thermostat für die ganze Wohnung. In der Nacht müssen in den Schlafzimmern die Fenster geöffnet werden, sonst ist es zu warm = Komplette Energie geht nach aussen!

Moderne et fonctionnel

Cet appartement est de construction moderne et en bon état général. Les chambres sont agréables même si seule une des deux offre la vue sur le Cervin. Salle de bain avec douche/WC suffisante pour 2 personnes, petite pour 4...L'espace cuisine est très étroit et ne permet pas de manger sur place il faut donc prendre ses repas au séjour. Attention, maison décentrée dans le quartier de Winkelmatten donc loin des commerces et de la gare, mais (avantage) très tranquille.
