House in northern Hérault with swimming pool, ideal for families

Large 150 m² house with a beautiful view of the Thaurac mountain, ideal for a family with children, to enjoy the large garden, swimming pool, and numerous games. It is located 35 km north of Montpellier, near the Hérault and Vis gorges, with several sites to visit nearby: Grotte des Demoiselles, Cirque de Navacelles, St. Guilhem-le-Désert, etc. Activities include walks in the immediate vicinity, swimming in the nearby Hérault river, canoeing/kayaking 2 km away, horseback riding 10 km away, and donkey rides 15 km away. The sea is also not far away, approximately 40 km. The house can accommodate up to 5 people + 1 infant (1 adult bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 bedroom with a mezzanine single bed and a single extra bed; a travel cot can be added). It has Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher. Two terraces overlook a large garden. In the garden, there is an above-ground swimming pool (round, 4.60m in diameter, 1.22m deep), a trampoline, swings, a slide, and a playhouse for children. A small vegetable garden is also available, with automatic watering. Three very affectionate cats, used to children, live on the property.
