Wow! What a wonderful surprise when we opened the front door and saw the lit Christmas tree nestled in front of the large windows. The house was amazing and provided plenty of room for our family reunion of 16. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies—including what seemed to be an endless supply of cups, plates, and utensils. The game rooms downstairs provided lots of room for the kids to be entertained while the mid-level was expansive where we also played games and watched TV. There was plenty of nearby walking and hiking. I was amazed that downtown Branson was only minutes away. Thanks for helping to make this a wonderful family reunion.

This was a last minute booking for a family of 15 during Thanksgiving week... this place was amazing! The location, the view, the size of the house and everything they provide inside of it was all perfect for our needs. Amazing house with a beautiful view

Loved this property. We stayed with 23 family members for a family reunion. The 3 decks made for wonderful spaces to relax and catch up. The property location made it easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go in Branson or surrounding areas. Would highly recommend this house. Best Vacation Ever!!!

This was our first time to stay at a resort for a family vacation. Upon our arrival everything was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. The two refrigerators and two dishwashers were awesome. We had all of our nine children, spouses, and grandchildren and they all were impressed with the accommodations. The downstairs play area was the favorite of the grandchildren and the adults were able to have the dining and living room areas for some fun adult games and talks. The outdoor hot tub was enjoyable and relaxing while the grills and flatiron met our every need. One thing everyone noted was how quiet the bedrooms were even though people were talking or playing games close by. And my favorite was how comfortable the bed was. We slept through the night and woke so refreshed. We even want to get the same type mattress for at home. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay, and with a family our size that’s a lot. Our whole family commented how beautiful and perfect the place was to have our family vacation. I promise you won’t be disappointed staying here.

Fabulous stay!!!

Pineapple Cove is an amazing home! The lake view is gorgeous. The home is stocked with anything you will need from a baby stroller to a dog bed to a hot tub. It’s decorated beautifully, very clean and everything is in working order. There is a lot of space where everyone can spread out. I couldn’t say more about how great my stay was here! I highly recommend!

Family Vacay

The home was very clean and spacious, and matched the online listing perfectly. There were 10 adults and 3 children in our party and we were very comfortable during our stay. It was nice to have the three sleeping levels, as well as the add-ons, such as the arcade games and pool table. The only drawbacks were the low water pressure and the water temperature wasn’t as warm as we would have liked. Although the owner tried to resolve our internet outage, it took over 24 hours to get it fixed, which was frustrating. But we would recommend this home to others and would definitely stay there again on a future trip to Branson.

Awesome visit for a big group!

Visiting the Pineapple Cove house was just what our large group of family and friends needed. We had a group of multi aged people and were traveling for baseball. The house was super clean, well appointed, and well stocked. The bed and bedding was clean, cozy, and ready for a fantastic sleep for all. The kitchen had just what we needed for tools to prepare and serve as well as feed a huge group. The game room was a fun addition to a soak in the hot tub. The outdoor spaces were perfect for morning coffee and grilling at night for dinner together. We were able to rent a boat and enjoy the lake as well as try out some fishing from a dock close by! Overall, Pineapple Cove was a highly recommended home to stay in and take in the views or just spend time with family and friends.

Wonderful Branson Home!

The property was modern, open, clean and accommodated our family of 30! There are beautiful views of the lake from the patio, and plenty of space to roam in the home. The main patio was set up comfortably for us to play family games and enjoy the tranquility of looking out at the lake, as well as seeing stars at night. The kitchen was spacious and allowed us to enjoy meals with everyone, and to store plenty of food with 2 refrigerators. We enjoyed that each bedroom had it's own bathroom, allowing for more privacy. The pool table, hot tub, and video game were a homerun for teenagers and adults! The pool located in the community was lovely, clean, and warm. The sitting area and playground next to pool was nice and clean. The host and property manager were gracious, and answered us promptly with requests we made. A few complaints were: the outside of the house was missing a number which caused a little confusion upon arriving at the house, the grills were not clean upon arrival. (The host quickly took care of this). The water for showers were barely warm. (A plumber was sent to take care of this efficiently). Lastly, there were only enough towels for our party of 30 to have one towel each. It would have been great to have a minimum of 2 towels each per person. Overall a fantastic property and an excellent host!

Spectacular Vacation Home!!

This was our eighth year coming to Branson for our annual girls trip. This was by far one of the best properties we’ve ever rented. The house was completely stocked with everything you could imagine. extremely spacious we enjoyed the big kitchen, the decks, the view and everything else about the house. We really enjoyed the location. If you’ve been to Branson, you know that there is heavy traffic. This home is outside of the main streets, and you can take the alternate routes to get around quickly. Wonderful Stay

The Great Room is a huge, open-concept, lake-view hangout area and indoor gathering place featuring comfortable sofas, large Flatscreen TV, stone fireplace and large picture windows overlooking spectacular Table Rock Lake.  



Kitchen:

The kitchen, dining and great room all have an open-concept design, which makes it easy to enjoy good company and conversation while prepping meals, relaxing or dining. The chef’s kitchen is FULLY equipped! Stocked with: full place settings, heavy stainless steel flatware, glasses, mugs, stemware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, baking dishes, crockpot, muffins tins, and even cookie sheets so the kiddos can bake cookies with mom and grandma.

Appliances and equipment include: A dishwasher, French-door refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig brewing system, blender, waffle maker, electric griddle and a KitchenAid mixer. Start the day with waffles and end it with daiquiris on the deck.
