"Island Adventure" was built-in 2021, with Family, Fun, Luxury, and Water Sports Lovers in Mind. The home is located in Marathon, with ample parking space for a boat trailer up to 37 ft and 2 cars. The home faces the Ocean, with immediate access to open water (Atlantic side).  Island Adventure is a spacious 4 bedroom 4.5 baths home with an inground swim spa and 50' of dock space. On the second level, you will have a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a high-top dining table for 4, and a counters island that sits 4. Owners have spared no expense to ensure comfort and open simplicity with balconies on every room " Yes!! even the Kitchen and Livingroom". The two leather, plush reclining sofas are a great family gathering area with a Flat Screen TV and right across the room a half bath for convenience for those movie nights. This floor will have one bedroom with an ensuite bath, a queen size bed. and flat-screen T.V. Heading up to the third floor you will see the washer and dryer, as well as the three bedrooms that have queen size beds, full closets, ensuite bathrooms, and balconies with plenty of sitting areas to enjoy a romantic nightcap or morning rays with a warm cup of Joe. All bedrooms have memory foam, firm, plush mattresses. As amazing as the inside of the home is, you won't want to miss the outdoor amenities, like outside games, an inground pool (4ft-5ft)  (Heating  is at 88-90 max), AND 4 Single Kyaks. This is a real Paradise with all you need for a wonderful, tranquil vacation that you won't want to go back inland. Outdoor Kitchen, grill, refrigerator, bait freezer, and fish cleaning station.

Please Note if we see or Find any Evidance That You  Have Brought a dog you will be charged 500.00 or be asked to vacate with no refund.( the property is Not Animal friendly)
The home has a max occupancy of 8 people no matter the age. 
The home is not pet-friendly at any time.
Only 1 Boat and 1 trailer allowed
One boat Trailer and two vehicles will be allowed per stay.(Trailer for a 35ft boat Max)
Check-in is at 4 pm and access information is given 48 hours before arrival.
Quality Control Staff will check the property on arrival day to ensure your check-in experience is memorable.
Towels and Linens are provided.
No spices provided
A starter Kit of toiletries is provided Only and won't last for your entire stay
You will be emailed our terms and conditions with your guest confirmation email and you will need to e-sign the terms to be able to stay in our home
Despite our best efforts, some matters are beyond our control (examples are: plumbing, electrical, air conditioning or sale of property) and an alternate accommodation may not be available. We of course will do our best to find an alternative property, but should that not happen a full refund will be given to the guest. If this should happen, VROTFK shall not be held responsible for any consequential or secondary circumstances, including but not limited to relocation expenses or additional travel expenses or any other loss.
VROTFK also does not accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas and electricity, outside construction noise, internet/cable, sea grass in the canal, the smell of sea grass, any cause of nature, insects of any kind, pool/hot tub malfunctioning including pool heat or plumbing. Nor will VROTFK accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions (this includes hurricanes)
Please remember that our homes are near and around residential area and we are not always aware of construction in the area. 
(We have priced the home on a discounted rate due to notification that construction is being done around the area . No refund or further discount will be given.)

***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or Vrbo, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon.
