The unique, fantastic location of this promenade villa directly on the beautiful sandy beach, the Travemünde estuary and the harbor entrance of Travemünde offers you unforgettable vacations.

The apartment on the 1st floor offers three bedrooms, all with flat screen TV. A filter coffee machine, a hand filter or a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules) are available for your coffee. Your personal wellness area consists of a bathroom with double rain shower, steam bath and whirlpool bath. In the 2nd bathroom you can relax in the sauna.

Enjoy the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony, the living room or the dining area and watch the large Scandinavian ferries entering and leaving the harbor from here, which are within easy reach.

There is a restaurant with outdoor dining on the first floor of your promenade villa.

The BeachBay vacation resort includes a reception, stores, restaurants and bars, ice cream parlor, playgrounds, bicycle rental, launderette and the Baltic Sea Station (environmental center and aquariums with native marine animals). Admission to the "BayCenter" with black light mini golf, 600 m² indoor playground, climbing wall, Lazermaze, adventure golf etc. is included for NOVASOL guests and offers fun for the whole family.

The four-masted barque "Passat", a sailing ship built in 1911 and now a museum ship that can be visited, is moored in the adjacent marina.

The Priwall is part of Travemünde and is an approx. 3 km long peninsula at the mouth of the Trave in the Bay of Lübeck in the east of Schleswig-Holstein. Beach fun (with beach chair hire), swimming, water sports, cycling and hiking trails and much more are right on the doorstep. Here is also the official, year-round dog beach, ideal for your four-legged friend to run and play. The passenger ferry to Travemünde is directly in front of your Promenadenvilla, the car/passenger ferry is approx. 800 m away and runs around the clock. Thanks to these two ferry connections, you can easily walk along the promenade on both sides of the Trave.

All registered NOVASOL vacation guests at this property receive one entry to the swimming pool at the aja-Hotel in Travemünde per stay. This offer includes a one-way ferry trip across the Trave (only in combination with the swimming pool entry). You will receive more information with your rental documents or at the reception on site.
