The unique, fantastic location of this promenade villa directly on the beautiful sandy beach, the Travemünde estuary and the harbour entrance to Travemünde offers you unforgettable holidays.
The holiday apartment on the 1st floor has three bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV. A filter coffee machine, a hand filter or a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules) are available for your coffee. Your personal wellness area consists of a bathroom with double rain shower, steam bath and whirlpool bath. In the 2nd bathroom you can relax in the sauna.
Enjoy the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony, the living room or the dining area and watch the large Scandinavian ferries entering and leaving the harbour from here, which are close enough to touch.
The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant with outdoor catering is located on the ground floor of your Promenade Villa.
The BeachBay holiday resort includes a reception, shops, restaurants and bars, ice cream parlour, playgrounds, bicycle hire, launderette and the Baltic Sea Station (environmental centre and aquariums with native marine animals).
The four-masted barque Passat, a sailing ship built in 1911 and now a museum ship open to the public, is moored in the neighbouring marina.
The Priwall is part of Travemünde and is an approx. 3 km long peninsula at the mouth of the River Trave in the Bay of Lübeck in the east of Schleswig-Holstein. Beach fun (with beach chair hire), swimming, water sports, cycling and hiking trails and much more are right on the doorstep. There is also an official, year-round dog beach here, ideal for your four-legged friend to run and play. The passenger ferry to Travemünde is directly in front of your Promenadenvilla, the car/passenger ferry is approx. 800 metres away and runs around the clock. Thanks to these two ferry connections, you can easily walk along the promenade on both sides of the Trave.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub, Nautik-Fans werden begeistert sein. Die großen Fähren fahren gefühlt durchs Wohnzimmer! Hundestrand liegt vor der Türe. Wunderschöne Wanderwege laden zum Erkunden der Natur ein. Die Personenfähre rüber in den Hauptort legt vor dem Quartier an. Tipp: gleich eine Wochenkarte kaufen! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsch offen, finnische Sauna, Dampfsauna, Whirlpool, auch Regentage können nicht schrecken. Empfehlenswert!
