Charming, comfortable walled house with a beautiful garden. Located on a car-free island. Lovely house, close to the beach and three minutes from the village center and shops. The house offers complete privacy. Large living room opening onto a south-facing terrace of approximately 50 m² with direct access to the garden. Three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for adults, and two children's bedrooms with four single beds and a shower. Three toilets, a large dining room, an open-plan kitchen, and a laundry room. Numerous leisure activities are available, including boat trips and bicycle or boat rentals at the port. A wide variety of activities are available on the islands outside the gulf, departing from Île aux Moines.
