Le BlueAna – Studio moderne & confortable

The studio is arranged around a functional living area with a double bed (140 cm), a smart TV for your relaxation, a practical workspace for working or teleworking, and a wardrobe for easy storage during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave/grill, stovetop, range hood, kettle, refrigerator, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

You will also find a shower room with a hairdryer.

The apartment has Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

You have access to the entire apartment.

Located on Rue Sylvain Drault, the studio enjoys a convenient location in Poitiers, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood.

You'll find local shops, bakeries, and restaurants within easy reach, making your stay convenient. Place Notre-Dame, with its lively atmosphere and outdoor cafes, is just a few minutes away, ideal for exploring the historic heart of the city.
The area also provides easy access to Poitiers' main attractions, all while enjoying a relaxing setting.

The nearest bus stop is a few minutes' walk away, with lines providing quick access to the train station, the historic center, and the university. The SNCF train station is a 10–15 minute walk away. If you have a car, street parking is available (paid zones).

The keys can be collected from a tobacconist near the train station, a 6-minute drive or 15-minute walk away. The shop closes at 11 PM.

Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed. Parties are prohibited.
Please respect the premises and common areas. Late check-out and early check-in are possible for an additional fee (€10/hour) and only upon request.
