Sprint break

The thermostat was controlled by the office and it was extremely hot to the point we could not sleep comfortably. I made multiple attempts to who I was working with from the beginning and didn’t get very far. This caused my toddler nose to bleed 2 nights we stayed. For what we paid for 4 days I feel like something better could’ve been done. It was hard to reach the someone on the number listed on the check in information.

Nice but a few issues

Overall this is a nice house in a convenient location. The good: Convenient to attractions and shopping Newer house in nice condition Very nice pool and hot tub The bad: Home backs up to busy road with traffic noise 24 hours a day. This didn’t particularly bother us, but if you are looking for quiet and tranquility, especially by the pool, you might look elsewhere The kitchen was missing a coffee pot when we arrived and it took till mid-day the next day to get one. My daughters bathroom wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival, there were dirty towels and hair on the floor. I alerted the maintenance team and even sent photos to them but no one ever came to clean it. We just used a different bathroom for her during the stay but it wasn’t what we would expect from this price of rental. Needs more dishes and glasses. Missing a can opener. May want to bring some kitchen supplies if you stay.
