Great for a big group!

Great location & space!

I'll start by saying the location, space, & communication from owner was fantastic! We enjoyed the pool, which was very clean! However, there were no lounge chairs or seating around the pool area so definitely bring some! The inside of the house was clean and spacious, the yard and screened room are in need of quite a bit of maintenance. Everything you could possibly need or want to do in Plymouth is a short drive. Beautiful neighborhood, overall this rental is a big win!

Nice & Clean

Overall it was a superb experience, as not only the house was great, the area around us had several supermarkets and roads for seamless transportation. Only downside however was the fact that for our grill, the gas tank was left empty which made having a barbecue a hassle. But overall, we can't complain. We had a nice time!

Solid Getaway Stay

The owner is an excellent communicator and very understanding. I would rate them 10/10. The inside of the house was clean, well-appointed, and had a great floorplan. All the beds were made, and there were plenty of towels. During our stay, we noticed that the smoke alarm upstairs needed to be replaced, and the master bath showerhead came off with the first use (we replaced it). Overall, I would rate the house 9/10. The neighborhood was quite peaceful, and the outside of the house was tidy, with freshly mowed grass. However, it was sadly evident that the gardens, especially around the pool, weren't receiving the attention to detail they deserve. The trees along the back of the property were encroaching on the "field" area and contributing to pool debris. Despite this, the pool itself was clean and well-maintained. The back screen porch was in desperate need of cleaning, but luckily, there was a nearby hose that helped with that. The grill also needs some attention, rating this aspect 7/10. In full transparency, we believe the owner and house deserve a maintenance team that cares a bit more than just doing the minimum required. (This is our humble opinion.) Overall, we had a great experience, and the cost was 100% worth it. I absolutely recommend staying here, and we will definitely come back if we visit the area again.
