This classic cape style home is situated on Priscilla Beach, the most sought after beachfront in historic Plymouth, MA. With a rolling lawn leading you down to private Priscilla Beach, this house offers everything you could want for a relaxing vacation. The house features two bedrooms on the main floor each with a bed for two. Upstairs you will find a large, fully finished area with two sleeping areas separated by a central staircase. There are five twin beds on this level.
The house has central air conditioning throughout, along with
a full kitchen with all utensils, pots, pans, etc, a brand new deck with outdoor dining and grill overlooking the ocean, and a full finished walkout basement with large windows overlooking the ocean. Here you will find another queen size pullout and a flat screen television.

Located at water level, this property does not need to contend with some of the high cliffs in the area. Instead of walking down 75 steps to the sand, you can literally step out your door, onto your manicured lawn and right out onto the beach without a single step to contend with. This makes the house wonderful for people of all ages.

With all this, it will be hard to leave the property for even a moment, but when you do, there is plenty to do just down the road. Located just a few minutes south of downtown Plymouth, you are a quick drive to some of America's most historic spots, including the Mayflower, Plymouth Rock and Plimoth Plantation. Plymouth center is a vibrant town situated around Plymouth Harbor and home to great shopping, dining, whale watching and sportfishing. Off the water, Plymouth boasts 14 golf courses of varying difficulty, including a U.S. Open Qualifier venue and more.

Could have been cleaner 1 toilet broken

The house had a beautiful view of the ocean and fit all of us well. The house had quite a bit of cobwebs. The biggest problem was the bathroom that did not work in the basement and the lack of attention to it once we were finally able to get a hold of the property manager. He never did fix the toilet even though he promised it would be. Overall we had a wonderful time.

The dirtiest Place ever

Could not use the main floor tub/shower it was so dirty and curtain. So much accumulated dirt on base boards, window sills, spiders and webs, marred walls , so much. Took pictures if anyone wants to see them. Obviously, the “cleaning” crew does nothing but wash towels and sheets. They certainly do not clean! Cannot believe we paid that much for that place! Never had this problem with other VRBO properties. I think we deserve a refund. Oh, there was a pot of coffee left on the coffee maker??? Isn’t that supposed to be cleaned. Food left in refrigerator door, left it there! Spill in the freezer??? Get a new cleaning crew! Sorry, would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Mrs. McCrum

Great oceanfront location

The house is in a beautiful location with the beach right there. It’s a small place, bathrooms ok although no frills; kitchen likewise (no dishwasher for instance). The deck with its grill is a great feature. The AC works fine in the hot weather. Beds very comfortable. My daughter and son plus partners enjoyed the vacation immensely. I did too, although the attic bedroom which I had to use as the single person was up steep stairs - not fun for an 84 year old. Property may be best for a family with children.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at your beach house! It sleeps a large group comftorably. While it's not a fancy house it has everything we needed and we were very happy. There are some rocks that need to be traversed to get to the beach. But they are small and not difficult at all. I do have one suggestion. The lawn is perfect for some backyard games! Perhaps cornhole or a vollyball net? Looking forward to staying here again!!

Great ocean views!

Perfect location...on a private beach! Sunrise was breathtaking! Weather was beautiful so we spent most of our time on the beach. Neighbors were welcoming. Outdoor shower was great for rinsing the sand off the kids before going indoors. Kids(&adults) didn't want to leave...definitely will rent again!

October get away

Had an amazing stay once the glitch in cleaning was rectified. Ethan was wonderful. Very responsive and willing to do anything to make the situation right. Quiet peaceful trip which was exactly what we hoped for. Pretty much had the beach to ourselves every single day. Great family rental!!

Beautiful View!

We had a wonderful stay! The location and view was incredible! Being able to take our two small dogs was a huge bonus... they loved laying out on the deck! We were fortunate to have some warm September days during our stay which allowed us to practically live out on the deck from morning coffee to an evening nightcap! The owner/manager was very accommodating and answered any questions immediately. The home had everything you might need with toys for the water, beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen, etc... We would definitely stay again!

Beach access

The only issue I had with this property is the access to the beach. It is extremely difficult with no easy path. Several people fell and thankfully didn’t get hurt but it is extremely rocky. You need more than beach shoes. You need all terrain tennis shoes. Not a property for older people for sure!!

Perfect beachfront escape

This quiet little home was spacious enough for 6 adults, 1 child and a dog (with room to spare) but no one really stayed inside since we could walk outside onto the yard, or down to the beach! Check in was easy, location was perfect and from the back bedroom, you can watch the sunrise from bed. We'll be back!

Memorial Day Stay

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Plymouth, MA cottage. It is a cozy, clean, and very cheery cottage and it was just perfect for our family. It was easily accessible to all that we wanted to see and do in the area, and the beach access was great. It was a beautiful and peaceful place to spend time with the family. Needs a good cleaning and updates

Pros: Beachfront with a small yard for dogs to play in without getting into the sand. Allowing dogs is a BIG plus for us. Close to a grocery store and a few restaurants. Owner had a notebook with some good local information. Kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Cons: The home was not very clean. There was visible dust/dirt on the bathroom wall. There was no TV in what I would consider the master bedroom (the one downstairs with the beach view). The tv in the other downstairs bedroom was an old small box type. The tv in the living room was a very small flat screen and the mounting device was broken. We had to prop up the TV. There was a nice tv downstairs though. Upon arrival, there was a load of dirty clothes in the washing machine. I notified the manager, as the information encourages us to start the laundry (linens/towels/) before we check out. He said it was not working and was going to be replaced ASAP. That was Monday night, we left on Friday morning and it had not been replaced yet. We did not use the upstairs at all, so I cannot comment on it.

Location!

I loved that this is at end of private beach in one direction but you can walk on beach forever in the other direction. I couldn't bring my health-challenged senior dogs with me which is a shame because it's totally dog friendly. The house is functional, could use some updates and deep cleaning. Fortunately we had excellent weather all week and pretty much lived on deck or on beach. Property manager Ethan is very responsive and friendly. There were supposed to be 11 of us but ended up being 7 with some visitors most days. 11 ppl staying would've been too tight for us. Overall an excellent vacation!

Great location, beach front property!

It is the perfect spot for a summer vacation. The beach is just steps away, yard is great for lawn games and just hanging out. Lots of sleeping space - 2 bedrooms on main floor, pull out couch on bottom floor(which leads out to the backyard) and 5 twin beds upstairs in the large open area. Great beach for kids - water is calm and the neighborhood is very safe. The home is a typical New England cottage - a little aged, small but cozy. Central AC was perfect for the 90+degree weather we had during our stay. Lots of parking which is nice if you plan on having company or have multiple cars. House was a little short on bath and beach towels so you may want to bring some if possible. Flip flops or water shoes are suggested to get over the rocks/stones at the beaches entrance. You also may want to purchase some inexpensive beach chairs at Walmart or Target since only one was available at the house when we were there. Short ride to downtown Plymouth to all the historical sites and waterfront restaurants. We had a fabulous family vacation and would definitely rent this property again!!

Cozy home in a great location

We greatly enjoyed staying with our two small children. Being right on the beach was fantastic and the yard was very nice. We had a small electrical issue with the house, but Ethan was very responsive and accommodating. Some of the furniture is a little dated and there is no dishwasher, but otherwise it is a great beach house. We rate our accommodations on if we would come back again or not, and we would definitely come back again. Thanks Again!

Little slice of heaven!

We had a perfect girls week. The house was clean, the lawn was immaculate, and the owner was so nice and responsive. I would highly recommend with home for anyone!
