Our architect remodeled (2021), elegant Farmhouse with great room and fireplace, is simply perfect throughout. This unique wine country two-acre property, with heated swimming pool, looks out to the beautiful Russian River vineyards and the never-ending Western panorama. Only minutes from award winning food and shopping in downtown Healdsburg, it’s within easy walking or bicycling distance of tasting rooms at J, Rodney Strong and other acclaimed Sonoma wineries.

Elegantly appointed, with new subway tiled kitchen, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and matte black fixtures throughout, the 3-bedroom, 2-bath (+ heated outdoor shower), luxury cottage overlooks a 40-foot, heated pool (please reference heating rates). Gracefully spaced steps span the entire front of the pool so you can lounge in shallow water enjoying a drink, reading, or simply admiring the view. Outdoor teak table and 4 burner gas grill for al fresco dining. Enhance your enjoyment by playing outdoor Foosball on our vast deck or classic French Pentanque (similar to Bocce) on the court nestled between the vineyard and pool.

Our Malbec vineyard frames the entrance to our special home. Pear, apricot, fig, pomegranate, and walnut trees grace the two acre expanse. Indigenous native oak trees circle the property, with six free range calves across the creek on our neighbor's land. Our private outdoor shower is housed in an Instagram favorite, mirrored enclosure.

The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving utensils, and completely remodeled bathrooms have the best quality bath products, soaps and lotions. All bedrooms are appointed in the European tradition of freshly laundered duvet covers over fluffy down duvets. Central air conditioning and heating keeps the house comfortable year round. Welcome to Vineyard Vista, a sophisticated retreat for families and friends.

We had the best time staying at this house. The location was amazing, close to Healdsburg, Dry Creek Valley, Alexander Valley, and the airport! The host was very responsive and helpful. We are hoping to stay again next year!

Near-perfect in every way. Perfect location in the country, 5 min from Healdsburg. Unbeatable view from the very large common area. House is slightly elevated so you can see the vineyard across the road as well as the on-property vineyard. Excellent kitchen with quality cookware. Cows mooing in the afternoon and roosters crowing in the morning. Tough to beat. We have a home in St Helena which we love but we will be back to this home.

This was the second time I've stayed at this property for the weekend. Well located in the midst of beautiful vineyards and close to Healdsburg. I especially love the front and back outdoor spaces, and we enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace when it was cold. Definitely recommend this spot.

The property was perfect for six guests, really enjoyed the heated pool as it was a little cool during our stay . Perfect Getaway

We had a most enjoyable stay at the Vineyard Vista. The home was well equipped with everything that you could possibly ask for in a kitchen. We enjoyed the large pool after wine tastings at both J & Rodney Strong. The house was so close to both tasting rooms.

A perfect house and location!

If you’re interested in a great location from which to do wine tours in Sonoma and Napa, then this is the perfect house. Very clean and roomy for two couples. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor pool is an additional bonus after a day of touring wineries. Our only minor critique would be that the yard area could use some improvements.

Great get away house, close to downtown Healdsburg and wineries

Six of us stayed three nights in August and really enjoyed the house's layout, outdoor area and great pool. The home is conducive to relaxing with friends and catching up. The home sits back away from the road and has a beautiful view out to vineyards across the street. Also, it's a quick drive in to downtown Healdsburg. I'd recommend staying here and am looking forward to coming back.
