Cozy red painted cottage with balcony facing west and towards the evening sun. It is located 50 m from the sea at Vljeviken in Sölvesborg. Beautiful common green area facing the sea. Swimming possible from the jetty, or from the raft or the small sandy beach. In some watercourses you can fish well for perch. Walking distance from the bathhouse and playground. Nearby is the nature reserve Valje. The beautiful peninsula has deciduous forests, consisting of several hundred year old oaks and thick beeches, is a popular destination for hikers. Here is also to discover a rich flora and fauna. The house is built in 2017.

Wir durften eine herrliche Urlaubswoche in Sölvesborg und Listerlandet verbringen und haben uns in dem kleinen Sommerhaus rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick aufs Wasser ist traumhaft, und das großzügige Grundstück mit den Bootsstegen lädt zum Baden und Entspannen ein. Unsere Tochter hatte große Freude am Muschelsammeln und Keschern.Das Haus ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und macht einen frisch renovierten Eindruck. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Besonders angenehm war der unkomplizierte Zugang zum Haus per Schlüsselcode. Die Eigentümer sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend – man fühlt sich willkommen.Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Ein Überwurf für das Sofa sowie etwas bequemere Terrassenmöbel (zum Beispiel ein Liegestuhl und Gartenstühle anstelle der Biertischgarnitur) würden den Komfort noch steigern.Insgesamt war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt – erholsam, naturnah und absolut empfehlenswert.

Unterirdisch

Wir konnten das Objekt nicht beziehen, da es so dreckig war. Novasol bietet uns bisher 10% Nachlass für eine ungenügende Reinigung, die mit der Endreinigung (das Doppelte) verrechnet würde. Novasol wollte das Objekt besichtigen und sich dann nochmals melden. Leider haben wir nach einer Woche noch nichts gehört.
