Gite l'Unik - Lac de Vassivière
The L'UNIK gîte has three modular bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable single beds (90x200) which can be joined together to form a large double bed (190x200).
The modern bathroom includes a vanity unit and a walk-in shower, while the toilet is separate for added comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals with ease: induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, as well as coffee makers, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking.
The bright living room offers a welcoming space with lounge, connected TV, heating and air conditioning.
Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful terrace with bioclimatic pergola, garden furniture and gas barbecue in summer, for moments of relaxation in the open air.
A closed garage is also available, ideal for storing your bikes or fishing gear. It is equipped with a sink, a small refrigerator, and a washing machine for added convenience.
