On the ground floor of a former farmhouse is the 104 square meter apartment with 2 large bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Large bathroom with corner bath and a separate toilet. The kitchen has a fitted kitchen with cookware and accessories. A dishwasher, oven, coffee machine etc. The bathroom has a washing machine. The garden may be used as well as the large covered Altane.

The house is located outside the town of Gmünd, about 3 km uphill, in rural surroundings. The supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants are located in Gmünd.

The nearest ski resorts are Innerkrems and Katchberg. But also Goldeck and Bad Kleinkirchheim. All are within a few minutes drive.
