Immer wieder gerne

Wir waren für 3 Monate in diesem bezaubernden Studio. Die Lage ist großartig für unternehmungslustige Menschen. Alles was man so braucht um Urlaub zu machen in unmittelbarer Umgebung . Das Bett ist überaus bequem. Der Vermieter Alexander sehr kompetent und man konnte ihn jederzeit erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder . Alles in allem ein rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt.

Super tolles Studio - Wir kommen wieder

Wir haben über einen Monat in dem schönen Studio Urlaub gemacht und es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Alex, der Vermieter ist spitze und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Check-In und Check-Out verlief reibungslos und die Lage ist absolut einmalig. Das Studio ist im Herzen Puerto's mit guten Restaurants und drei verschiedenen Supermärkten direkt neben dran. Wer gern selbst daheim kochen möchte, findet eine gutausgestattete Küche, die vom Schlaf und Wohnbereich getrennt ist. Die Lage in der obersten Etage schenkt uns einen schönen Blick auf den belebten Plaza del Charco und den leuchtenden Sonnenuntergang und das schimmernde Meer, welche hinter den Dächern der Altstadt wunderbar vom Balkon aus zu bewundern sind. Im Übrigen sind sogar zwei Fahrstühle vorhanden, so dass man seinen Einkauf und Strandsachen nicht die Treppen hoch schleppen muss. Die Nachbarn im Gebäude waren stets freundlich und wir haben das Studio trotz der sehr zentralen Lage an der Plaza nicht als laut empfunden. Jedoch würden wir Gästen, die sehr empfindlich sind oder einen sehr leichten Schlaf haben, lieber ein anderes Objekt von BananaRentals empfehlen. Wer ein Auto dabei hat kann es problemlos 50 Meter.vor der Tür an der "Muelle" umsonst und sicher parken. Das beliebte Hafenbecken befindet sich für eine schnelle Abkühlung direkt vor der Tür und weitere Strände (Playa de Jardin und Martianez) sind in 10 Gehminuten schnell zu erreichen. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch und haben das Studio und die anderen Apartments von Alex gern an unsere Freunde weiterempfohlen.

Ferienappartement direkt am Plaza del Charco

Wir haben die 5 Wochen genossen, direkt im Herzen von Puerto de la Cruz, mit Blick auf die Plaza. Das Appartement ist im Top-Zustand, sauber, renoviert. Es gibt nichts, gar nichts zu beanstanden. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.
