Our family has had always had a vision to own or run a bed and breakfast someday. While we still have a young family this was the perfect opportunity for us to share our love for Kiawah Island, a passion for entertaining and sharing our property with others.
Why they chose this property
We had the opportunity to build a custom home on Kiawah in 2020. Once you arrive you will quickly see the draw.. the View! We have expansive views over a large flat and out to the Kiawah River!
What makes this property unique
With a large tidal flat right out our back door. Guests can use our kayaks, enjoy a cocktail on the screen porch, enjoy a relaxing swim in our private pool or open up our expansive 18 ft doors for an outside in feeling. Perfect for the family getaway or several couples retreat. Close to the beach, golfing just a short bike ride up to the 5 star Sanctuary Hotel. Did we mention when you arrive, no need to pack all the beach gear if you are traveling a distance. We provide beach cruisers, beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and coolers so you don’t have to pack it all. Spend time in the downstairs area for some ping pong or catching the scores of the game. Large Blackstone grill and Oyster table perfect for all your outdoor entertaining.
