Welcome to the private modern basement guest suite of our new home in Everett. A spacious living room with big-screen TV, a bedroom with a high quality queen-sized mattress, ergonimic office chair and standing desk, a bathroom with a shower and his-and-hers sinks. Everett downtown and restaurants are within walking distance; Funko is a short walk. This unit does not have a kitchen but many restaurants and grocery stores are steps away. Plenty of free street parking.
