About this property

Relax in this spacious, private, cottage on a serene "old Florida" street.

You will enjoy lounging on the large covered patio, napping in the loungers, or gathering around the fire-pit. Bike/walk/drive to EVERYTHING Delray Beach has to offer.

This 3 bed, 2 ba home, has 2 large bedrooms, & an office/3rd bedroom with 1 twin bed, foyer, 3 tvs, reading nook, full sized washer/dryer, and parking.

Well lit fenced backyard w/ grill, fire-pit & landscaping to finish off this tropical paradise.

Keypad access for the front door. 2 parking spot on left side of parking pad.

I live 10 min away and have a full time handyman, electrican and plumber. The property was just rehabbed though, so I don’t expect you will need them :)

Only 6 blocks to the heart of all the fun in Delray (Johnny Brown’s, etc), 3 blocks from the HOT Delray Market Place Food/Bar Hall, and 15 min walk to the beach!

You do not need a car in Delray, you are walking/biking distance to everything, or use the free golf cart service to beach and entertainment: Download the Freebee Golf Cart Service app

Pool Access through your private back yard, through the back gate. 10am-5pm daily.

Dog washing station in backyard for those with approved pets. Dogs require proof of up to date vaccination, weight and picture. $500 damage deposit.
Doggie towels, water and food bowls provided.

Waste must be put in exterior garbage cans

Large living room with super comfy sectional, dining seats 6. The office/ 3rd bedroom is a completely separate bright space at the front of the house. There is a reading nook with enough room to practice yoga off the kitchen. Wifi is free, all tv's are smart tv, use your own log-ins. There is large new grill in the back yard and a fully stocked kitchen.

You will love the privacy and comfort of renting your own private house in a quite neighborhood, yet it is close enough to walk, bike or take the RideFreeBee free golf cart service anywhere you want to go. just download the app to your phone and off you go.
