About this property

Seascape 135, 2BR/2BA, Fun at the Beach

It isn't often you will find a 2BR beach condo with enough space to have beds for three couples, or folks that need more than twin beds in a guest bedroom. This spacious Seascape condo is located in the Lakefront section, which is the closest access point in the resort for the beach and the Whale's Tail Restaurant/Bar. It has a King bed in the MBR, and a pair of queen beds in the guest BR, which has it's own attached bath. Beautifully appointed with tile throughout, custom kitchen with dining bar, and a screened in porch overlooking Lake Stewart and the 14th green of the Seascape Golf course. The condo comes equipped with premium linens, and has a washer and dryer in the unit.

The condo is located about 100 yards to the beach access and maybe 50 steps to one of Seascape's five available pools. The lake behind the unit has given up numerous five to ten pound bass to guests (catch and release only, no FL fishing license required). Multiple restaurants and resort activities are within walking distance.

This condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. During the summer season (Memorial Day 'til mid-August) this condo is only available as a weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday.

Great stay

The condo is wonderful! It accommodated well my wife and I along with our 4 small children! It is only a short walk to the beach! Steven was quick to answer phone calls and easy to communicate with! I definitely recommend anyone staying here!

Perfect place

We enjoyed our time in this wonderful condo! Owner was wonderful with communicate with and very accommodating to our family on arrival!!We had other family members staying on Seascape Property and a short golf cart ride around the corner was very convenient for multiple families to still be close by!Pools were wonderful to be so close to several different ones- location within Seascape was great.Condo clean and very well stocked for our needs.
