If you want to bring your boat, try renting a boat slip through Deerfield Resort only 75 yards away for a fun day on the water. If you'd prefer scenic trips together on land, try Cove Lake State Park or Norris Dam State Park. Wind down after your day out at Chapman Winery just over a mile away before returning to your vacation home.

When you're not out on an outdoor adventure, spread out on the main-level living room's sectional sofa to watch a good movie or show on the large TV or head over to the handsome wet bar to catch a good ballgame with old friends while you assemble your favorite beverages. The full kitchen is waiting with all the appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare delicious meals, while just off the kitchen, you'll find a large mudroom with a second refrigerator, plus a washer/dryer.

Downstairs, the foosball table and board games are waiting to provide your group with hours of fun, and you'll have stunning lake views from the comfort of the lower-level balcony hammock, an ideal setting for a quiet read. Take advantage of the private gas grill to host those family barbecues after a full day of fun on the shared tennis and volleyball courts or at the community pool. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
