Beautiful home in a wonderful gated community. Pool area is by far the best spot in the house. Southwest facing pool gives you sun all day! This was our 2nd stay at this home and definitely won't be our last.

Thd house was spotless the hosts were always very quick to reply to any questions we had. Location of the villa is ideal. Felt very safe and easy to navigate around. The decor in the property was more modern than some of the others. Great having a seperate utility room. Also clothes horses were a bonus. We highly recommend this property and would love to re book for next year

Property was what we were expecting. Check in process at the gate to the neighborhood was a bit chaotic, took nearly an hour one afternoon to get through the gates due to the number of people staying in the neighborhood. The washer had a really bad moldy smell that we tried to fix with vinegar and a cleaning cycle. Other than that great property to stay at for a family.

Thanks very much for the review. We strive to fulfill our guests needs, so your experience is unforunate but this is always a bit of balance between having good security to make sure everything is safe for our guests. Windsor Hills is known for a very good security and normally the check-in procedures is fairly smooth. We were glad you liked everything else
