Direct entry and exit (not shared with other units) and a private deck/balcony. Explore the historical landmarks, bike and walk the vast network of pathways to parks, national monuments and of course- the beach! The unit is 3 miles from the beachfront. Looking for local cuisine? Saint Simons Island has a variety- southern soul food, fresh caught seafood, pizza pies, breakfast bistros and more! The shopping district offers unique and creative clothing and home decor options. Relax and enjoy one of our local spas! So much to explore and this bungalow location is great spot to start the journey and return for a dip in the pool, a quiet reflection on the deck or game night with your family and friends. This unit is a two story, 1.5 bath, two bedroom property with approximately 8 stairs to the second level where bedrooms can accommodate up to 4-5 people comfortably and is perfectly located just short drive or bike to the beach. Situated in a pet friendly community, with onsite amenities and supplies for well-behaved pets available for a reasonable non-refundable pet fee. Great stay on SSI

The owner helped resolve all problems we had (minor plumbing issue) and communicated throughout. Was a perfect accommodation for me and my mom. We enjoyed our stay!

The stay was simply amazing. The property was very clean and comfortable. The extra amenities was spot on. The decor was inviting. The location was short drive to the beach and peer. Beautiful Condo

Beautiful, well appointed condo even for the dogs. The Property Manager has provided just about everything you could ask for and was very responsive. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. We will be back.
