Gated Condo near Zoo ASU w Pool Tub Exercise Game Rooms

This is a one time listing for March 2022 for a month the family is not using. Red Rox condos are centrally located across the street from Papago Park where the zoo, botanical gardens, golf course, hiking, ramadas, softball and near where ASU plays baseball. The common facilities are resort style quality with heated pools, hot tub, state of the art workout facility, clubhouse, and game rooms. There is a putting green and one covered parking spot. The condo is second floor, no elevator and is set up in a basic way with all the hard goods you might need. HD TV is all that is provided and there is a portable wifi that is sufficient to use one device at a time for regular non gaming internet use. The common areas have free wifi if you need it. There is a small porch that looks to the east and gets sun in the morning. The bathroom was redone last spring. AC is included. We are only interested in a month long rental. The best thing about this place is its location. Easy to get to yet easy to take a walk for hours without having to get in your car.
