Located just across the Bay, you'll get to experience all that Destin has to offer: whether you want to go straight to the beach, hit the pool, grab some seafood or a steak, do some shopping at the Destin Common's mall or drive the Emerald Coast! There's not much in Destin that isn't in walking distance or a short ride away!

When you're ready to relax and settle in, your accommodation sleeps 10 with 3 fully renovated en-suite bedrooms (each have their own private bathroom) and a loft bedroom. You'll have lots of windows for plenty of natural sunlight as well as views of the beautiful surroundings. Your wrap-around front porch gives a friendly greeting to the charming beach neighborhood while your 3rd floor balcony provides great views of Destin and a slice of the Emerald colored ocean of the Gulf of Mexico! But most importantly, you're only a short 4-minute walk to the white, sandy beaches and emerald green water.

A large, inviting living room greets you as you enter, with enough sofa seating for everyone. You will enjoy the new 50-inch Roku TV with YouTube TV included as well as lots of streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) ready for you to log in to with your account! You'll love the large dining room table where your whole group can eat together. A beautiful half-bath is available off the common space for your convenience.

A newly renovated full kitchen with brand new white quartz countertops, tile backsplash, black granite sink and new Delta Industrial Faucet awaits you with all the necessities to cook family meals (or just a quick snack)! It has a large refrigerator and new stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, cooktop & oven too. You have a full assortment of plates, bowls, glasses and silverware to accommodate the whole gang! When you're ready for your morning coffee, there's a Cuisinart coffee maker with an assortment of K-Cups just for you or you can brew a pot for the entire crew!

Behind the kitchen is your first en-suite bedroom with full bathroom! Enjoy your Queen Sized bed with new white bedding and a brand new dresser and Roku Smart TV. There's a walk-in closet with spare blanket and hangers for your clothes. Newly renovated full bathroom with new tub/shower combo with Delta In2ition 2-in-1 shower faucet! Your 2nd floor Master Suite is HUGE! You'll enjoy the new furniture, King Sized Bed w/ new white bedding and another new 50" Roku Smart TV. You can watch TV with the provided YouTube TV app or head into your Master Bathroom and relax in the brand new soaking tub w/ hand-held wand. If you're not in the mood for a soak, you can also take a romantic shower for 2 in the all-new gorgeous double shower with two new Delta Tempassure dual function thermostatic shower faucets! Directly off the Master Suite is your very own private, screened in porch... you deserve a quiet place for a cup of coffee or a good book!

Across the hall from the Master Suite, you'll find the 3rd en-suite bedroom. You'll enjoy the king sized bed, new white bedding, new furniture and another new 50" Roku Smart TV with full-motion mount. Another all-new full tile standalone shower greats you w/ a new Delta In2ition 2-in-1 hand-held shower faucet in this beautiful, private bathroom.

As you make your way up to the open 3rd-floor, you'll find the 4th bedroom (it's a loft... it doesn't have a door) with a fixed twin bed with a trundle twin bed underneath. This is the perfect spot for you to escape and read a book or watch TV on the new 32" Roku Smart TV. You also get your own window air conditioner to keep you cool in the hot summer!

Your laundry room, located off the kitchen, has a full-size washer/dryer stack and a cabinet for food/snack storage during your stay.

We have been working hard to make your stay enjoyable with new furniture, fans and decor, as well as a few little upgrades here and there that will make your stay very... cozy.

The location is perfectly situated near shopping at Destin Commons and BassPro Shops, as well as a few minutes from the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. If you're looking for something to eat, there are tons of restaurants, both quick and sit-down varieties, all around.
