Welcome to Sundance!

Built in 2021 and located less than a ½ block from the Destin’s famous beach, Sundance offers super-close access to the Gulf, private (seasonally heated between October 1 and April 30) pool/spa and 7 spacious, designer-curated, farmhouse-chic bedrooms.

Ready to hit the waves? Enjoy the short stroll to any of the six neighborhood beaches (that are far less crowded than our large public beaches). Or load up your cooler and beach toys in Sundance’s complementary 2022 six seater golf cart to visit any of the beaches, restaurants, shopping, and activities that are accessible from Sundance’s prime location along the Destin’s famous Scenic Gulf Drive.

Not a worn out rental. Sundance features quartz counters, stainless appliances, designer furnishings, and premium mattresses ...all in a fun, farmhouse-chic style!

Sundance offers two first floor king suites with private baths (ideal for mobility challenged Guests); three 2nd floor king suites with private full baths, one 2nd floor queen suite with adjoining bath and a 2nd floor bunk room that sleeps 6. That’s a massive sleeping capacity of 18, not including sofas.

No need to drain your wallet on toy rentals. Sundance includes 2 paddleboards, and a brand new 6 seater golf cart to help make lifelong memories. And when you are ready to return home, cool off in Sundance’s pool Afterward, grill your fresh caught seafood in Sundance’s propane grill.

Hate traffic? Us, too! No worries with Sundance. Sundance’s less-crowded community beaches are only a 3 minute walk down the sidewalk; and literally seconds away using Sundance’s included golf cart.

Sundance is also less than 3 minute golf cart ride to our public regional beach access points (yep, the huge white beach accesses that you see in brochures); less than a mile from Destin Commons (our premiere shopping, entertainment and dining complex); only minutes away from our area's best oceanfront dining, grocery stores and more.

Sundance has parking for up to 6 mid size cars.

Pool: Sundance's pool is 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, with a shallow end of 3 feet and deep end of 5 feet.


Important Information:
NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: If you would like to reserve VRBO more than 11 months in advance, you must use the VRBO website, rather than the VRBO app. The VRBO app only shows the calendar for up to 11 months which means that it can only be used for reservations less than a year away. Thanks!

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.

NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve Bliss during Spring Break. Sorry, no exceptions.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NOTE: The property has one security camera that faces the driveway. The camera is only capable of recording the exterior of the property (that is publicly visible anyway). There are no other cameras on the property

NOTE: The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Tampering with the exterior security camera(s) or smoke detector on the property is a violation of the booking agreement. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for tampering with the security camera(s) or smoke detector(s) and the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

NOTE: For the safety of our Guests, our golf cart has an Apple Airtag in order to facilitate our ability to assist in the event of an accident or mechanical failure. As a result, Apple Iphone users may occasionally receive Airtag notifications while operating the golf cart.

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.
