Stayed with friends and family while visiting elderly parents on Estero Blvd condo June 12th to the 18th 2025 Accommodation was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a weeks getaway, with easy walking to the beach and shops and restaurants! Jeremy had his hands full with silly girls always forgetting their door code but he was always accommodating and free to help with our every need. From check in to check out we could not ask for anything more than Twin Parrots on Miramar

Location Amazing House Clean

We enjoyed a week at this home over Thanksgiving. We were the second guests since their most recent remodel from the hurricane . Aesthetically everything looked very clean and nice however there is still quite a few things that need to be fixed and given attention moving forward.

Wow! Such a wonderful place to call home during our time away. beautiful inside and out. Back patio and hot tub was a little piece of paradise. The amenities included from beach cart, beach towels, kayak, bikes were a blessing. Owner was responsive and attentive. Definitely booking here annually. Love seeing FMB coming back.

Overall super clean, and a great space for my family. Kids loved the hot tub at a low degree and treated it as a heated pool. Walking distance to beach, canal, and margaritaville pool. All utensils and cook wear on site. Laundry was also a great feature.

House is blocks from beach and shops!! The house is set up for all your needs.They all so have everything you for the beach. If they have it listed it is there. Ohhh the hot tub and outdoor area, perfect! 100% recommend and will book again.

What a beautiful home! We have two teenagers and loved the separation of the bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The living room was spacious, the fleece throws were appreciated. You can’t ask for a better location! We walked to lunch most days. Everything you need for a day at the beach is readily available to you. The easy access to the beach was probably my favorite thing. By far our favorite Vrbo to date.

Fantastic experience!

Our host was fantastic. He responded to our need for housing very quickly! Basically saved our Friday night and made my week long stay fantastic! Thhe location is great. It’s about 2 blocks from the beach and local establishments. Far enough to be in the fun but not have to listen to the traffic noises etc. The house is very comfortable and all the furnishings are new. Can’t wait till next year!

Great beach bungalow

Everyone (aged 18 to 53) loved our stay! The hot tub was fantastic! All three bedrooms and both bathrooms were perfect! Common areas were comfortable, well appointed, and stylish. The house and yard were clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect in proximity to the beach, shopping , and restaurants. My only disappointment was a water leak 3 days in a row. Once the AC issue is resolved, this house is an across the board 5 star rating. Getting up early two days in a row for maintenance put a damper on our stay. And we nearly missed one excursion because of the maintenance time. Overall, it was a great vacation rental, though.

Some hiccups

We notified the host of all the towels being very damp at arrival. Luckily, there was a dryer at the property to use. He mentioned it may be humidity, but I am a local so I can differentiate humidity and cleaning service pulling out towels and bedsheets before they are dry thoroughly. We also informed them of the broken beach umbrella. He replied that they can’t possibly check all equipment. We are at a beach; it is prudent to check the umbrella.

Loved every minute!

This is a beautiful property, located in a very quiet neighborhood. Although there are some houses being repaired from the hurricane in the area it was still very peaceful. The location was fantastic as we could do a quick walk to go to the beach using the very nice beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels that were provided. We enjoyed a nice bike ride towards one end of the island. The bikes are in perfect condition and looked brand new. They were all adult size - two men's and two women's. There were also two kayaks that could be launched from the other end of the street - The beautiful beach almost felt like a private beach in the section that was across from our street. The house was very beautiful and comfortable with three bedrooms, good beds, and everything looked new - even the equipment in the kitchen. Everything was clean, with high-end furniture and appliances. It was handy to have the outdoor shower for coming back from the beach, as well as the laundry room. The house had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent, dish liquid and even plastic silverware, salt and pepper, toilet paper and all the towels and linens were provided. The host as well as the property manager were very responsive when we needed help or advice. A huge plus with this property is the giant swimmable hot tub in the backyard. We went in twice a day! Try Love Boat ice cream, at the end of the street and a half a block over!

Big disappointment in Fort Myers Beach

Upon arrival at our destination, the first impression was immediately disappointing. Unfortunately, that first impression didn't change while doing the initial walk through. My family was pretty upset as the house was nowhere near our expectation, both inside and out. The photos of the house that we rented where from pre-hurricane and the house was not in good condition when we arrived. There were numerous sub-par things that had either not been corrected post-hurricane or left unattended for quite some time. The host/manager actually came to the house upon our request and we walked through and were able to correct a few things at that time. However, the general upkeep had faltered and it was disclosed that the house was to be demolished for reconstruction after our visit. Overall, this was a disappointment for sure and well below our expectations and our level of previous rentals. The 20% discount the host offered was a nice gesture, but it should have been much higher given the inconveniences we encountered. It is tragic what happened to the Fort Myers Beach area and it would have been nice if the owner had disclosed that this home was not in shape to offer it for stays while others in the area had been fully restored to pre-hurricane shape. We should not have rented this house in the shape it was in. Unfortunately, the owner of the home is not actively involved in the upkeep any longer, per statements made by the contractor who was in charge. more info available

All I can say is perfection

This property was perfect for my family. It was very very clean. Every thing you need for the beach was provided such as the chairs, umbrella, cooler and even the wagon to haul it all. The owner responds quick if you have any questions. I definitely recommend this place!

Why they chose this property

FMB is building back quickly with over 25 bars and restaurants now open. This property was chosen for the great location to walk to everything yet have a quiet place to come back to. The beach, bars, and restaurants are fantastic and so much to do walking to everything, so park your car for your stay. Once you get to the beach it's nice to not leave the island until you are ready to go back home to reality. A great backyard to hangout after a full day at the beach and a huge 10 person hot tub or swim against the current in this swim/spa.

What makes this property unique

Close to beach, downtown and times square. We decorated it to be Jimmy Buffet style meets 2024. There are kayaks, bikes, a beach wagon, cooler on wheels and beach chairs.
