Great stay!

We have stayed at Desert Falls before and love the amenities at this resort property! Condo backs up to lovely pool and yard. It was a great place to relax and Chris was very responsive to communication. If you are a coffee drinker, there is a Keurig and a regular Mr Coffee with filters and coffee on hand. There were items in kitchens and toiletries (and laundry detergent!) to get you started. Outstanding hospitality. We will be back!

Spacious, affordable 3 bedroom with great pool!

Absolutely perfect communication from Chris! This place is huge!! Price point was really good compared to smaller resort style accommodations. 4 of us stayed here 4 nights on a golf trip. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom. All new appliances including new washer and dryer. Gated community and honestly didn't see many people around. The pool and hot tub we always had to ourselves. Location was perfect. Highly recommend! Thank Chris

Worn out Private 3 bedroom desert getaway

Condo was mostly clean on the surface. The condo is in need of complete renovation!Master bedroom shower has mold growing in faucet, cracks in caulking, worn tile, and something dark growing in the light fixture. Two of the toilets flowing water in the bowls. Shower door wouldn't stay closed in second bedroom. Worn out and dirty carpet in family room. Open and expired food in refrigerator and kitchen cabinets. Garage door opener doesn't work, was told this at check-in.No instructions for TV and electrical wires a real mess on the floor. No personalized greeting or welcoming greeting of any kind. Was not contacted once during our 3 week stay. Paid a top price for this place and certainly expected a whole lot more for the money spent!

Hey there Terry, I’m wondering if this review was supposed to be for a different property? There’s no carpet anywhere in the house, a personal greeting was sent via the app and email as well as left on the kitchen counter, within that greeting had detailed instructions for the tv (which has no loose wires) , we had shower doors replaced this year… additionally we never received any communication during your stay which would have resulted in resolving any issues you were having… I’ll be reaching out to Vrbo to make sure this review was left on the correct stay, I sure hope not as we’ve never had a guest with this kind of experience across over 30 properties that we manage. We’ve had 2 guests since your stay on the other site, both 5 stars so very confusing but nevertheless we will go over the feedback you’ve provided and resolve anything that fits this property.

Needs attention to little amenities

Just a few include no garage door opener, dishwasher missing left front wheel, several cans of garbage left in garage a Dirty and messy garage, cupboards need to be cleaned out. The owner should spend a few nights at this location, and he will discover many many other deficiencies. Certainly, the location is great and he was a very friendly and cooperative owner, but he needs to pay more attention to the little things in his property. If he’s going to get the prices, he is asking. I suppose a group of men golfers wouldn’t see these things, but as a family, they were very noticeable

Thanks for the feedback. As you mentioned I’m a very responsive host .. had you notified me of any of these issues upon your arrival I would have rectified all of them. The dishwasher is brand new and and was installed a week prior to your arrival. You checked in on a Saturday and trash comes Mondays as you are aware, so of course the bins will have some trash in them. The review is a bit of a surprise based on the messages you sent me saying you had a great time and asking to come back next year. For the future if you have issues with a vacation rental it’s best to notify the host upon your arrival or as issues are noticed/ come up. Regardless I appreciate the feedback and will make the improvements for future guests, would still happily welcome you and your family back. All the best, -Vacation Vibes Team

Great location, but the place needs improvements

We have stayed in Desert Falls for 10 years, always with the exact layout because it works so well! Bedrooms are large and pools are right outside the back patio. This was the first time staying at this specific place, and overall, we had a great trip, but this unit was disappointing. It was significantly higher in price than we have paid and the place needs more attention given to it. One positive of the place was that the appliances are all updated. But besides that, there are some cons: The kitchen was very disorganized. Pots and pans were not cleaned properly when we arrived, cooking and eating utensils found in 4 different drawers, boxes or crackers in drawers that expired in 2022, a lack of plastic plates and cups for the patio and pool area. There also just seems to be things that have broken down and replaced, but the old things still remain: 2 blenders, 2 hair dryers, 3 irons, in which not all actually work. Lamps with no lightbulbs, a cable box literally falling out of the wall...if you have toddlers, the amount of cables and wires would be a problem! We could only find one dish cloth after quite the search, and there was nothing to scrub dishes provided. 3 mops were in the closet, but the pads did not line up with the mops or they were broken. Overall, this place met our needs, but compared to other units available in Desert Falls, it was much more expensive and less organized. It needs a thorough walk thru by the property manager or owner.

We did not receive any communication from you, if we had we had sent the cleaning crew back and one of our service managers to rectify the issues, as well as provided some financial compensation. Comfortable stay

Super comfortable stay. Location is fantastic to get to whatever you need. Very quiet place that is right next to a pool. House had everything you need and some extra things to make your stay more comfortable. Easy to communicate with property manager and a simple welcome book with all the details on the house.
