WELCOME TO DUNE CREST BEACH HOUSE, where time seems to slow down and comfort takes center stage. We invite you to relax, create memories and enjoy life's simple pleasures.

This one-of-a-kind 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom beach home radiates charm and comfort, offering a luxurious and comfortable coastal vacation experience that is sure to create lasting memories. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach down a private neighborhood path located at the end of the street which provides easy access to the beach.

Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious and bright living area, complete with a gas fireplace, comfortable leather sofas, soaring 20 ft ceilings and a wall full of windows that allows plenty of natural light to pour throughout the house. The open concept layout leads seamlessly into the dining area, which features a beautiful table and chairs with seating for 6 and perfect for enjoying meals, board games and puzzles with family and friends.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cabinets with everything you need to prepare delicious feasts, and ample counter space, making it a joy to cook and entertain in. Right off the kitchen is a large family room with a large leather sectional sofa and 75" TV, making it a comfy spot to relax with a good book or watch a great movie.

Upstairs, the three bedrooms are cozy and inviting, each with its own unique style and comfortable bedding complete with custom made duvet covers designed specially for Dune Crest Beach House. The master bedroom boasts a king size memory foam mattress, 50" TV and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and separate walk in shower. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size memory foam mattresses, 50" TV's and share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have 750 thread count Egyptian Cotton Sheets.

Outside is a gorgeously landscaped yard, a 250 square foot back deck with a gas BBQ grill, table and chairs with seating for 6 which provides a relaxing spot to enjoy a good meal, the warm sunshine and gentle ocean breezes. Below the deck, there is an 1,100 square foot patio with a fire pit and adirondack chairs. The beautiful, mature landscaping provides for a very private backyard.

The garage has been converted to a game room featuring an 8' slate pool table, ping pong table, Pop A Shot basketball game, professional Foosball table, corn hole game, 75" TV with a DVD player and an extra refrigerator

Appliances include refrigerator with filtered water & ice maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Ninja blender/food processor, toaster, rice maker, Instapot, panini grill, air fryer, hand mixer, large crockpot, chef's knives, stainless steel pots & pans

Coffee Bar: 12 cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric tea kettle, Keurig single cup coffee maker, assortment of coffee and tea

Baking: 12 cup muffin tins, stainless steel cookie sheets, roasting pan, cake pan, pie dishes, 13 x 9 casserole dishes, loaf pan, measuring cups wet, measuring cups dry, measuring spoons

Kitchen "tools": Potato peeler, ice cream scoop, cork screw, pizza cutter, can opener (electric and manual) scissors, assortment of whisks, spatulas, wooden spoons, ladles

It was a very well organized, close walk to the beach and everything that I could think of was included in the kitchen for cooking purposes, accommodations for pets and kids! Check in was easy, house was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed- plus! The beds were so comfy. Loved the fire pit out back. This house was wonderful; Clean and very spacious for our entire group. The house included all of the amenities you could possibly need to entertain and all appliances are new and very high quality. The house was wonderful. It was fully stocked and had a fun game room for all ages. Kim was awesome to work with and made sure we had what we needed for our vacation. We walked to the beach multiple times a day throughout our stay bexause it was so close. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Lovely, well appointed and clean. Quiet neighborhood and down the block from the beach. Spacious and dog friendly. Our 13 yo loved the basement full of games. We had a wonderful time! Had planned to ride bikes from house to town but it’s on a main road without bike lane for about a mile which didn’t feel safe with the kids. But we drove to the discovery trail parking and rode from there.

The house was very nice and welcoming — perfect for spending time with family and entertaining the kids. Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully set up. There were two comfortable seating areas, which worked great for giving the kids and adults their own spaces to hang out.All three bedrooms were lovely, with comfortable beds, and the master bedroom was especially nice. The only small drawback was that none of the rooms had two single beds (which we knew in advance), but that setup would have been a bit more convenient for the kids.The house is located at the start of a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the beach and also not far from the main road, you could hear road noise. The games room is not heated, we were there in October Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d happily recommend this home to other families.

Easy and smooth check-in/check-out. The house was meticulously thoughtful. Wonderful Getaway

Everything was fantastic! We loved the house. Fully stocked kitchen, game room with all the supplies you need, lovely backyard patio with fire pit (including firewood!), and just a short walk at the end of the block to the BEACH! The location is very convenient and the house was truly beautiful. Highly recommend!!
