This house is a wonderful vacation home! It's spacious, well stocked with supplies and very comfortable. The outdoor living area is a big plus, covered and comfortable. The owner was so helpful and quick to respond. The neighborhood is full of amenities and we really loved the pool. I recommend it for families, couples and/or friends vacation use.

Pineola Home

Peaceful homesite, and fully equipped for a nice stay in Land Harbor. Spacious and has a mountain cabin feel. Lot’s to do such as hiking and kayaking. It was a very restful stay for us. Owner is very responsive.

Great house and area

House was as described, very clean, and had everything needed and then some. Huge rear porch that was great for entertaining, gas grill, and firepit. Large kitchen that was loaded with cooking accessories and a great island for entertaining. Bedrooms are very large and beds were comfortable. Lots of bedding and bathroom supplies.

We had a wonderful stay with our family at this property. Close to Blue Ridge parkway access where we went on several hiking trips. Absolutely loved the porch for relaxing with family after hiking! Nice neighborhood! Highly recommend and would love to return one day!

Great mountain home!

This is a fun mountain home in a really neat resort-like setting. We would definitely rent again. We loved the deck with the firepit and heaters for cool nights. We played golf and shuffleboard. There's plenty of room to gather with friends and family. Owners made check in easy and were responsive to any questions.Some things you should know--there are stairs and they are quite steep--really no way to avoid them. Also you are in the mountains, so if you are looking for a pristine setting, this is not it. Really no way to keep critters off the deck etc. We enjoyed our short time here.

Great vacation rental

This house is great! It was clean and very welcoming as soon as we arrived. We especially loved the back deck with the sitting area and fire pit. It was a little chilly so we didn’t get to sit out at night and enjoy it like we had hoped but the inside of the house was big enough for us to play games, cook meals and just enjoy spending time with each other! We hope to be able to come back again for a nice weekend getaway.

Great trip to see snow!

We booked a last minute trip to play in the snow. Luckily, this house was available and close to all the activities we wanted to check out. The house is so clean and fully stocked with everything you need. The outside covered deck was perfect with a heater and fire pit. Communication with the owner was very easy and quick. My kids enjoyed exploring the backyard and neighborhood tree houses just down the road. It was a perfect 3 day trip! We hope to be back again to check it out during the fall or summer. Thanks for sharing your wonderful house with us!

Owned by a close friend for the past fifteen years. Recently remodeled, with new roof, new ceilings, new wood floors (upstairs and downstairs), upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. I've been coming here as a guest of the family for ten years. When they decided to upgrade to a larger property in this beautiful development, we had the opportunity to buy the house of our dreams.

Neighborhood has 12 hiking trails, beautiful parks, playgrounds, and a beach. The people here are very friendly, family oriented, and willing to help.
