Experience the beauty of Orange Beach from the comfort of a Seaside Beach & Racquet Club vacation rental. This wonderful Gulf-front resort has a walkway leading out to white sand and calm waves.

All on one floor, your inviting fourth-floor condo presents a beautiful, full Gulf view. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, and enjoy fresh coastal breezes on your scenic balcony. Extra perks include a living area sofa bed, a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, and central air-conditioning.

After spending an afternoon in the sunshine, cool off in one of Seaside’s outdoor or indoor pools, or indulge in a visit to the sauna or steam room before retiring to your vacation rental. You’ll also have access to Seaside’s tennis courts and fitness room during your stay here.

Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Orange Beach trip

This was our first time to Orange Beach. This condo was so convenient to everything. Very clean and comfortable. We will be back.

I didn’t want to write a negative review, but they keep emailing me to review. First, the condo was clean, dated but clean. Also, when we checked in later than expected, at no fault of the owners, there weren’t sheets for the fold out and we had cockroaches. The cockroaches seemed to be confined to the kitchen. We contacted the guests services and they had someone spray 2 days later. Sadly, they were still there when we left. Construction is going on, I think until November, balcony view is obstructed by sheets of plastic. Overall we weren’t in the condo much and enjoyed beach time with family.

Really nice stay

The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and living area was roomy but the bed room and bathroom was a little tight. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The complex looks a little tired and could use a little freshening up but we would definitely stay here again.

Fun in Orange Beach!

The property was fantastic. The view of the beach from the fourth floor balcony was terrific. The condo was clean on arrival. Parking was easy with the on site parking pass. Close to excellent restaurants and centrally located between Gulf Shores the Florida state line. Had a great time!

I loved the ocean view. The condo is very small. It was Ok for my teenager daughter and myself but anymore than 2 people it would have been very crowded. The bathroom is tiny.

It’s was in the perfect spot! Close to everything even close enough to go to Foley for some good ...

We loved the beautiful view! The convenience of the location being close to everything grocery store, drug stores restaurants even close enough to Foley for some excellent Marshall’s and Ross shopping!!! We hit the jackpot there! The place was clean easy access to the pool and beach it was also very quiet. No noise it was perfect! There is a side bed in the living room you could even sleep and enjoy looking at the waves when you woke in the morning without getting out of bed. The sofa bed mattress wasn’t the best but the view was the best! I would definitely stay here again! If you plan to cook unless they add this to the room bring a couple pot holders and if you plan to do a pizza you need a pizza pan. Other than that I give it an A! Oh and make sure you ask about the gate code to enter to and from the beach 😊

The condo is very dated, many broken doors and drawers. Definitely not worth the price. The A/C unit is in the bedroom and it sounds like a airplanes coming through every time it’s on. The location is good. The rules for the pool and ect are insane. You can drink by the pool and the kids can not have a ball of any sort. Definitely not a great vacation spot.
