Ferienhaus Orosei

Sehr grosser Balkon mit grossem Tisch für die ganze Familie. Tropische Aussicht auf die Bananenbäume und den super sauberen Pool. Grosse, praktische Wäscheleine für alle Badetücher. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Für den Fernseher fanden wir keine Zeit. Alles ist blitz blank sauber mit super schönem Geschirr. Sehr komfortabel mit zwei Bäder.

Ferien wo man sich sofort zu Hause fühlt

Meine Frau und ich waren schon letztes Jahr hier im Urlaub und sind wiedergekommen, weil wir uns in der kleinen aber feinen Ferienwohnung MIRTO sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Und aber dann doch das viel wärmere und sonnige Klima in vollen Zügen im eigenen Gartensitzplatz geniessen konnten. Auch die Abgeschiedenheit der Wohnung gefällt uns sehr gut. Die Betten sind super. Alles ist vorhanden zum selber kochen. Am Pool genossen wir besonders die vertrauensvolle, familiäre, ruhige, geborgene und erholsame Atmosphäre. Alles in allem ein gutes Mass an Nähe und Distanz zwischen den Gästen und den Gastgebern. Wir kommen wieder.

einfache, kleine Wohnung in guter Lage

Die kleine Wohnung ist einfach und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Bei Belegung mit 4 Personen und deshalb ausgezogener Schlafcouch (die für Kinder ok, für Erwachsene aber nicht zu empfehlen ist) ist der Bewegungsraum doch etwas eingeschränkt (Die Bilder des Objektes vermitteln da einen etwas größeren Raum). Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, weil wir viel unterwegs waren. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftspool mit einer anderen, direkt angrenzenden Fewo-Anlage und Grills, die man nutzen kann. Vorteil der Wohnung Mirto ist, dass sie ruhig nach hinten und nicht zum Pool hin liegt. Meistens gibt es im Hof oder der Tiefgarage einen Parkplatz, allerdings nicht immer. Auf der Straße gibt es aber auch genug Platz. Orosei liegt sehr günstig für Ausflüge ins Inland. Schöne Strände sind auch sehr schnell zu erreichen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ins Zentrum von Orosei kommt man nach einem kleinen Spaziergang. Herr Winkler war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Nous avons grandement apprécié cette location. L'appartement est magnifique et climatisé. Les équipements sont modernes et que dire de la terrasse immense avec son barbecue! Une location a recommander près du centre d'Oreisei et à 1700 mètres de la plage.

Traumhafte Ferien in einer wunderbaren Landschaft

In schönen und modern eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten verbrachten wir traumhafte Ferien. In den Zimmer fühlte ich mich sehr wohl da die hell und zweckfreundlich eingerichtet waren. Am Morgen genoss ich das Hauseigene Schwimmbasin. Sardinen bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten im Meer badend oder mit gemieteten Booten, wandern in den Täler und auf Berge mit einem traumhaften Ausblick und spazierend zu Fuss. Viele kleine Ortschaften laden zum flanieren ein und die feine, preisgünstige Mittelmeerküche hab ich sehr genossen.

Erholsame Ferien in Orosei

Wir waren als Gruppe unterwegs und hatten eine Woche 2 Appartements mit Küche, Bad/Dusche und WC sowie 1 Doppelzimmer mit Dusche/WC auf demselben Stock. Der Pool war super und auch die Möglichkeit zu Grillieren, wobei es vis-à-vis ein tolles Restaurant (Veranda) hat. Service, Freundlichkeit und Kundenorientierung ist 1A. Orsoei ist auch super gelegen, um diverse schöne Strände zu besichtigen und auch die Natur zu geniessen. Ideal für Gruppen, aber auch Familien oder Freunde/Paare. Ich habe mich super erholt!

Schöne Wohnung in familienfreundlicher Anlage

Die Ferienwohnung in Orosei ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und der Pool war auch super. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Region zu erkunden. Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Hidden Gem Between the Mountain & the Sea

A great Holiday apartment for friends sharing, or for families. Everything was spotless & as advertised! There is a comfy sitting area, the bedrooms are spacious & well fitted. I liked that it had a full bath with a tub as well as a shower stall. Recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen & a grocery store within a couple of blocks, in case you want to cook. You can eat in, at the dining table or out on the lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful pool/grassy yard, or picnic in the grassy yard! And if you do not want to cook there is a Pizzeria nearby :) This was my first visit to Sardinia & I found this to be a great location between the town & the sea. Beautiful walks by the sea, the river, in the City or the Mountain. So many wonderful choices! There is parking if you have a car, BUT you do not NEED a car, I came by bus from Olbia. I found the owners & staff very helpful from arrival to departure. I was met at bus stop by owner, though I could have walked, it was nice not to have to walk with my luggage, not knowing where I was going. Once here everything is within easy walking distance. Owners speak perfect English, also German & Italian. Though I did not need it this time of year it was nice to know it had A/C & heating, Wifi & a TV. Laundry available for a small fee, & a line off the balcony, to hang laundry or wet swim suits & towels. Really everything you need, like a home away from home. I would definitely stay again & highly recommend staying here for a very relaxing vacation!

Sehr empfehlungswert!

Wir buchten die neue Wohnung Lavanda und Menta und waren von der modernen Einrichtung sehr begeistert. Die Gastgeber waren sympathisch und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch im Herbst kann ein Urlaub nach Orosei von den Temperaturen und dem Klima sehr wohltuend sein. Sei es am Baden im Meer oder Pool, so kann es auch ein Ausflug oder ein Spaziergang sein.
