Fernie Alpine Resort’s newest and most exclusive location at Timber Landing. Open your door and discover the Timber Chairlift is less than a 250 metres away. The Timber House features unparalleled views and a gorgeous private deck. Pamper yourself and your group as you will truly love this location and all of the amenities.
This is a 3 Bedroom lock off unit and part of a 5 Bedroom luxury property at Fernie Alpine Resort. A few high lighted amenities include: Fibre Optic High Speed Internet, Roku Smart TV, Remote Controlled Blackout Blinds and a huge Deck just off of the Living Room. Garage Access for Summer/Winter Gear.
The 3 bedroom unit on the left hand side. 2 Bedroom access is on the right hand side. Patio access is the upper right-hand side and bottom left-hand side.
All properties are equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at the resort, capacity cannot exceed 6 total guests or fines will occur. Max. 3 parking spots on the shared driveway and no street parking allowed.
