On the ground floor:

- A LIVING AREA: Featuring a sofa, a large TV, and high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi to stay connected.

- A DINING AREA: A table for 4 people awaits you for enjoyable meals with family or friends.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You’ll find: stovetop burners, a microwave, a refrigerator, an oven, as well as a drip coffee maker and everything you need for cooking.

Upstairs:

- TWO BEDROOMS: Each features a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a dressing area.

- A MODERN BATHROOM: Relax under a walk-in shower. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.


## Access

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You’ll have the entire house to yourself so you can feel right at home.

SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in independently starting at 5 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.

PARKING: The property does not have a parking space, but you can easily park on the street or near the house. There is also a parking lot near the property.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: You are ideally located to explore the city, as you are in the village of Donzenac.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors. Please be considerate of the neighbors between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 5 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-outs between 11 AM and 1 PM, a surcharge of €10 per hour will apply.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a full cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be pre-authorized.
DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access this guide, you will need to enter your contact information, accept the house rules, and upload a copy of your ID.
